I often order from UberEats and never have a problem. I live in an apartment so I'm sure to include my gate code in my notes to the driver. Most of the time the drivers find it with no problem. I have had one person call me for help. Well tonight I ordered my usual food from my usual place, it said ** minutes until delivery,ok... I wait. Well I get an email saying it's already been delivered. No knock, no call, no food. I try to contact the driver but it won't let me since my food has been "delivered". So I call the restaurant to make sure it was actually picked up. I'm told it was picked up over an hour ago. *So email support to get answers or at least a refund for the ***** up and yet I'm sitting here typing this and haven't heard anything from anyone. Very highly disappointed and frustrated. I want my money back.
