The issue in GetHuman-asaveley's own words
I had made an order to a McDonald's today, being August *th, around *:** am. * sausage, egg, and cheese Mcgriddles and a large strawberry shake. Pretty basic. I followed the tracker until the driver had arrived and delivered my food. However, what the driver had handed me was not what I had ordered. He said that's what they handed him when he went to pick up the order. I called the McDonald's to verify this. The woman I spoke to said that Ubereats had not even arrived yet, and that my order was still sitting there. I want a refund for the $**.** that was withdrawn from my account. That's including the food, tax, and booking fee.
GetHuman-asaveley did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
