UberEATS's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-eferrell a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I PLACED A ORDER ON ******* TO IHOP STONECREST *:**PM ORDER*F**DO AND I AM VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED(HINT ALL CAPS) I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL THE FOOD I ORDERED AND WAS CHARGED FOR FOOD I DID NOT RECEIVE. I SENT A COUPLE MESSAGE THROUGH HELP SUPPORT AND WAS ADVISED IT TAKES ** HRS FOR SOMEONE TO RESPOND. IT DIDN'T TAKE ** HRS TO GET THE MONEY. I WANT A REFUND ON THE ITEMS NOT RECEIVED. IF I WANTED TO GO TO THE RESTAURANT TO GET THE FOOD MYSELF THEN I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDER UBEREATS TO DELIVER. I CALLED THE RESTAURANT AND SPOKE WITH RODNEY AND THEY ARE AWARE THE FOOD WAS NOT RECEIVED BY ME IT WAS ACTUALLY PUT IN WITH ANOTHER ORDER THAT WAS TO BE DELIVERED AS WELL. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED ASAP
GetHuman-eferrell did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
