After placing an order on Ubereats last night, I realized I provided the wrong address and tried to cancel immediately. However, I faced challenges reaching customer service and was informed the order was canceled, only to later receive the delivery at the incorrect address. Despite my conversation with customer service and the driver, the issue persisted. I resolved to tip the driver for their trouble, and despite feeling threatened to provide an additional tip of $15, I complied out of fear and reported the incident to the police. The lack of efficient support from customer service left me feeling horrified and vulnerable. I hope this matter is seriously addressed by the company, as safety and proper customer service should be a priority for all users. I have shared my experience with others and have removed the Ubereats and Uber apps from my devices for my well-being.

Order # 52d54. I mistakenly entered the wrong address for my order. Despite trying to reach the driver as directed in the Help menu, he arrived at the incorrect location before I could speak to him. After several texts, he called to explain that Uber policy prevented him from going to a different address. Although the Help menu advises to contact the driver directly for address changes, he insisted on extra payment to deliver the food to a location less than 5 miles away. He threatened to cancel the order unless I paid him more, claiming Uber did not allow off-ticket deliveries. I reluctantly paid him extra in order to receive my food, as he refused to deliver otherwise. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

Hello, I am Thomas Kinison, a partner with the Uber Eats program. I encountered an issue where I am locked out of the email associated with my account, [redacted] I have alternative emails, [redacted] or [redacted] I have forgotten the password for [redacted] and need to update it to [redacted] When I attempt to update it on your page and receive a code, the page does not allow me to input it. While browsing through options within my local area on UberEats, I mistakenly placed an order for 4 meals. Despite my immediate attempt to cancel the order, I was unable to do so as the restaurant had already accepted it. Unfortunately, I was unable to modify the order and ended up with 4 identical meals, which was not my intention. I would like to address an issue with my order placed on 7/21/[redacted] at McDonald's (Clayton Rd) with Order #9748D totaling $24.65. The order consisted of a 20 piece McNuggets, a cheeseburger, Large French Fries, and a Large Double Quarter Pounder With Cheese Meal. Two problems arose with this order: the missing cheeseburger and the cold temperature of the food upon delivery. The delivery took 52 minutes, and the food was not at an acceptable temperature due to the delay in delivery. I believe the food had been prepared long before the driver picked it up, resulting in a poor customer experience. I rarely use this service and would appreciate a refund rather than credit for the inconvenience caused by this subpar service.

I am having trouble signing up to be a UberEats driver because my husband previously used my email address for an Uber account that he never activated. Every time I try to sign up, it shows his information and says I already have an account. I even tried using the verification codes from his phone, but still can't use my own details. I want to sign up as an UberEats driver, but this is blocking me. My name is Christine Mindell, and my husband is Eric Mindell. He used my email ([redacted]) when he considered being an Uber driver. I ordered delivery, but it never arrived. The Uber driver cancelled as I waited for her to call me on the callbox. I called customer service for help, but they only offered a refund. I think I should also get credit for a future order. My daughter had to wait for dinner, and I had to make something last minute due to the inconvenience.

Hi, I’m Dolly, and I wanted to share my recent disappointing experience. On 7/18/[redacted], I expected a swift refund but found a charge of $27.33 still on my statement. I encountered issues with an UberEats order as my delivery driver failed to deliver my food. Despite attempts to contact her, she never responded. After reaching out to UberEats support, I was assured a refund. However, to my dismay, the refund never came through, leaving me without lunch for work that day, feeling both frustrated and hungry. I placed an order on 7/22/18 at IHOP Stonecrest at 9:21 pm. My order number is F41DO. I am very upset and disappointed that I did not receive all the food I ordered and was charged for items I did not get. I reached out through the help support system and was informed it may take 24 hours for a response. However, the money was taken much quicker than that. I am requesting a refund for the missing items. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Rodney. They acknowledged the mistake as my food was included in another delivery. I want a prompt refund for the undelivered items.

I recently tried using UberEats again after months and regretted it, remembering why I had stopped in the first place. Trying to order food to cool down our house during a broken AC unit incident in Florida, only a portion of our order from Denny's arrived, just the nacho chips and queso. The driver was unable to help, and when contacting Denny's, there was rudeness and unfulfilled promises of a remake delivery. This experience is the exact reason I had concerns about using UberEats. Feeling frustrated and hungry on a hot night, waiting over an hour only to receive part of the order is truly disappointing. The whole situation has been very frustrating for me.

Hello, I'm Lamah and I placed an order with Wasabi Sushi with order number 316F6. When the driver was about 4 minutes away from my apartment, I messaged him via UberEats with the call box number and elevator code. He responded saying he couldn't find parking and asked me to come downstairs to pick up the food. I quickly went down but couldn't find him even after waiting for about 5 minutes. I then noticed that my order was cancelled without any notice. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service. I have used many other delivery apps and never encountered such behavior. This is completely unacceptable. I hope you can review the conversation timestamps to verify that he did not wait even for 5 minutes.

Hello, I made an order at 11 AM for a 12 PM delivery, but the order did not arrive. The delivery person said she still has the food but needs to do other deliveries. Despite expecting a car, she showed up on a bicycle at 12:50. By the time we got down from the 22nd floor, she had already left. Please reach out to her to return the food or refund us. We are extremely disappointed as we missed lunch due to her lateness and lack of communication about keeping the food for other deliveries. Thank you, Shravya R.

My sister and I ordered Rita's ice cream from Glen Rock, NJ through ubereats. When our delivery driver, posing as a woman named Yuriza, arrived, it was actually a completely different man. Despite the confusion, the driver took our food without any attempt to contact us, leaving us out $16. We were disappointed and would appreciate a refund for this unsettling experience.

We placed an order with Ubereats from Pattaya Thai and received meat potstickers, which was not suitable since both of us are vegetarian. Upon contacting the restaurant, they refused to resolve the issue. Despite requesting a discount, they only offered 10%. Upon further discussion, they claimed the meat was actually tofu, which was misleading. Although we recognize that this is not Uber's fault, we will still be reporting this incident. Misleading customers after an error like this is unacceptable. We are unsure of what Uber can do in this situation, but we wanted to document this complaint for reference.

I am having issues with my Uber Eats accounts due to a card problem resulting in multiple unauthorized charges totaling about $[redacted]. Despite trying to reach out through customer service by phone and online with no success, the problem remains unresolved. I have diligently attempted various account combinations without any luck, as none of my emails from the past 4 years seem to be linked to Uber Eats accounts. The unauthorized charges occurred on 7/20 in amounts of $23.56, $21.48, and $2.00, followed by charges on 7/23 in amounts of $2, $4, and $40.09. I received an order from Krystals, and the delivery driver who arrived had two kids in the car. The girl in the back gave me my order, which included a half gallon of lemonade. Upon inspection, I discovered that the lemonade had been opened and almost half of it was missing. The Junkyard fries I ordered also appeared smaller than anticipated, resembling a medium instead of a large, despite paying extra for the larger size. I would appreciate receiving a complimentary replacement order of the same items: a half gallon of lemonade and Junkyard fries without jalapeños, ranch, and chili. Our hunger only adds to the disappointment of this experience.

Every time your drivers attempt to locate my address at [redacted] Rutland Drive in Austin, they consistently struggle to find the correct building. Despite the accurate display of the building on Google Maps, they persistently end up at the complex across the street or at the wrong end of the complex before cancelling. It seems there may be a discrepancy between your proprietary system and Google Maps, leading to confusion for your drivers. It is frustrating to repeatedly have to go out onto the street to hail your drivers every time I place an order. The layout of buildings in this complex is organized by street address, so searching for [redacted] should ideally direct your drivers to the precise location. I urge you to address this issue with your map system to ensure accurate data retrieval from the API you have implemented.

I've had multiple issues with KFC lately through UberEats. After complaining to UberEats about missing items, they refunded me and contacted KFC. Despite being asked to give them another chance, my recent order was completely wrong, not even resembling what I requested. I'm frustrated and seeking a full refund. I've already tried to communicate my concerns with the restaurant, without success. Additionally, my recent order took longer than expected, with the GPS showing the driver stationary. I'm unsure if these incidents are related. I have photos of the incorrect order that I can provide for comparison with my receipt.

I recently placed an order with McDonald's. When my driver arrived, she honked multiple times, prompting me to meet her outside. When I arrived, she presented me with cash in a bag from McDonald's, indicating that they were out of the items I ordered but gave me a refund. Although I appreciate the refund for the missing food, I never received any phone calls from the driver. She claimed to have called multiple times to confirm my order, but she dialed a wrong number, not allowing me the opportunity to make any changes. My correct number is [redacted]. As I didn't receive my order or any phone calls regarding it, I believe I shouldn't be charged for the UberEATS delivery. I'm disappointed by this experience and request a full refund for the delivery fee. If this issue isn't resolved, I will consider ordering from a different service in the future.

We recently received an order, but unfortunately, one of the entrees was missing. We contacted the restaurant, but they were unable to assist us. As we are currently at a hotel without transportation, we reached out to UberEats for help. They mentioned that someone would get back to us within 24 hours. Frustratingly, we had to place a new order through Grubhub and incur an additional delivery fee so that both of us could have food. It's disappointing to be left without assistance and to have to spend extra money on food.
