Accidentally placed an order (Order *) tried to cancel right away, was unable to via the app so I called your Customer Service number and was transferred to a rep that was very rude, raised her voice, stated there was nothing she could do, who resolved nothing and basically stated I should just receive the food and accept the charge or cancel the order, still be charged and get nothing. If this is the kind of customer service your company offers then I don't see how you stay in business. I am a very loyal customer that orders atleast twice a week and to be treated this way is wrong.
