Hello, my name is Violet. My phone number is [redacted]. The order in question is #[redacted]. I ordered an omelette from Ruby's Diner. When the driver arrived, he quickly left without waiting despite my attempts to flag him down. I was unable to reach him as he ignored my calls. I had to deal with this issue during my lunch break, leaving me with no time to eat. I tried to seek assistance but was told that since the driver didn't respond, they couldn't help. This lack of customer service is concerning and makes me question the reliability of the app.

I am extremely frustrated right now. It took me 15 minutes to find a way to contact UberEats as all the links on their website led to Q&A pages. Trying to track my order and getting stuck in an endless loop of unhelpful Q&A was beyond aggravating. Despite having no issues with my first two orders, today was a disaster. I ordered food for a class at my trucking company in Denver, expecting it between 12:30-1:00pm. When 1:00pm passed with no delivery, I discovered the restaurant wasn't using Uber that week. I had to call the restaurant myself, and cancelling the order only revealed a contact number. Compared to Grubhub, UberEats lacked customer service and accountability. When I finally reached someone at UberEats, they blamed the restaurant and assured me I wouldn't be charged. But what about the 10 hungry truck drivers in my classroom? I had to quickly order from Pizza Hut. The lack of communication and uncertain future service from UberEats has me considering sticking with Grubhub to avoid this frustration. I hope my disappointed truck drivers will remember how poorly we were treated today.

I ordered food, but when the driver arrived, he didn't have my salad. After giving him a tip, I reported the missing salad with chicken to Uber Eats. The restaurant later informed me that the driver forgot the salad on the table. Following this, Uber Eats contacted me, saying they would refund me because the restaurant ran out of salads. It's frustrating since the kids have the pizza, and the salad was for me. It has now been over 2 hours, and I still haven't received what I ordered. When I asked about reordering the salad, I was told I would need to pay again, and the call abruptly ended. This experience with Uber Eats has been disappointing, with poor customer service and issues with my order.

Hello, I'm reaching out to address a recent issue with an UberEats transaction on my credit card. I want to clarify that I do not have an UberEats account and did not authorize this transaction. It appears that an account was created using my credit card details without my consent. I demand an immediate refund of the funds back to my account and the prompt deletion of this unauthorized UberEats account. I have been dealing with this problem for nearly two days now, and the lack of resolution is causing me significant stress. Despite reaching out to customer service and submitting complaints online, I have not received a response. I can provide a screenshot showing the deduction from my account on 7/15/18. Last night, I placed an order with Madras Chettinaad using Ubereats. Although I've never had issues when ordering through Doordash, this time was different. Unfortunately, my order took almost two hours to arrive and when it did, it was completely wrong. The quality of the food was subpar, unlike my usual experience. The delivery person didn't match the profile picture I had seen, and there was no way to reach out to them through Ubereats. Disappointed, I placed another order with Doordash, which was delivered promptly and correctly. I am now seeking a refund for the unsatisfactory Ubereats order, preferably in the form of a direct refund instead of app credit.

I accidentally completed my Panda Express order before finishing it. After contacting support, the Uber associate communicated with the restaurant to add more items, but they did not include them in my delivery. Although I received the original items, the two bowls, the additional plate and cream cheese rangoons were missing. Panda Express confirmed that they received the call requesting the extra items, but a worker mentioned that the additional payment had not been processed, causing them to overlook the added food items despite adjusting the total cost. Panda Express advised me to reach out to UberEATS to either obtain a refund or arrange for the missing items to be delivered.

I recently ordered from UberEats for Thai Pepper, but I am currently frustrated because my food was supposed to arrive by 11:56 AM. However, it is now 12:11 PM, and my order got canceled. The driver claimed to have contacted me, but I didn't receive any calls, only a notification. I tried calling her twice, but she declined both calls. I messaged her as well, and the conversation history clearly shows that I provided instructions and confirmed the address. Despite reaching out to customer service and receiving a refund, I am upset because I still don't have my food. This experience has left me disappointed, especially since I have been working since 5:00 AM without breakfast and now have missed out on lunch. My past two encounters with UberEats have been extremely frustrating.

Despite my attempts to delete and re-add my card, I faced difficulties in processing payments. One representative advised me to contact my bank, which confirmed they had not blocked any transactions. The second representative failed to assist me, and when I requested to speak to a manager, I was met with accusations and disrespect. The manager accused me of dishonesty, abruptly ended the call, and suggested I reach out via email. I documented this encounter to showcase the poor treatment of customers to my followers.

My bank initially flagged a purchase from Uber Eats, which after verifying was legitimate. However, since then, I have been unable to use my card on the app. I settled an owed amount through Paypal, hoping to fix the issue, but now Uber Eats won't accept Paypal either. Instead, it attempts to charge multiple cards, causing inconvenience. I would like to quickly resolve this as it should be straightforward to make payments for the services I use. I tried to participate in #McDelivery Day through UberEats. Unfortunately, the participating McDonald's location ([redacted] Hwy 70 S, Nashville, TN, [redacted]) did not show up on the app. I checked multiple times from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM hoping it would appear, but it did not. I understand technical glitches happen, and I know it's a first come, first serve promotion. I just wanted to bring it to marketing's attention that this restaurant was not showing up on UberEats. If there were last-minute issues, I completely understand. I suggest removing it from the list of "Participating Restaurants" if it cannot be used on UberEats to avoid confusion and frustration for others.

I have been attempting to join Uber Eats for approximately two months now. Since mid-May, I have encountered an issue submitting my licensing history through the Checkr portal due to it being expired. The notification instructs me to contact the relevant company to request a new report. Despite reaching out to Uber multiple times, I only receive automated responses from different representatives. My Uber driver account remains in a "pending" status as it awaits my licensing history submission, which I am unable to provide because of the expired portal/report. Is there a way for me to obtain a new report through Checkr to finalize the necessary documentation? Thank you, Drew W.

I recently placed an order from Olive Garden using Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I mistakenly confirmed the order after selecting the wrong item and immediately tried to cancel it. I was informed by customer support that the order was already being prepared and couldn't be canceled. After two hours of waiting and not receiving my order, I contacted them again. They then told me they had canceled and refunded my order, but I never received any notification about it, leaving me unknowingly waiting for food that was never going to arrive. To make matters worse, I later discovered that I was still charged for the order that I didn't receive. I'm disappointed with this experience and would appreciate either some form of compensation for the inconvenience or at the very least the refund that was promised to me.

I faced an issue placing an order due to having two accounts. I had the old account deleted because the new one was linked to my Uber driver with all my promo codes. Uber Eats customer support advised using just one account for better functionality. However, after deleting the old account, I faced login issues as my phone number and email were already associated with the old account. This caused me difficulty in proceeding with the order.

I had a frustrating experience with Uber Eats today. My first order got cancelled because the driver couldn't find me even though I was waiting outside. This is the first time this has happened to me after ordering at least 5 times before. My app wasn't working properly, and I couldn't track the driver's location accurately. Then, when I reordered somewhere else, they didn't follow my request for a vegan meal and I received a cheese burrito instead. Despite sending them a picture as proof, they accused me of lying and said I must contact you for a resolution. I'm seeking a refund for both orders as this was an unexpected problem I haven't faced with Uber Eats in the past. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

After the recent update, I am facing issues with Uber Eats on my Samsung G3 as the update does not support the phone's version and cites it as outdated. My Samsung Galaxy 3's software cannot be updated, rendering Uber Eats unusable. As a senior relying on this service since its inception, this change has significantly impacted my daily routine as a non-driver. I am aware that other apps provide a legacy version for older phones, and I believe this current situation discriminates against elderly individuals who cannot frequently upgrade their devices due to cost constraints. I had pre-ordered from UberEATS with a delivery window between 9:15 and 9:45. The app updated the delivery time to 10:10 due to delays. But before that, I received a call at 9:45 from an UberEATS rep stating the restaurant was closing early and couldn't fulfill my order. The good news is I wasn't charged for the meal. The rep advised me to call their support line for further assistance and abruptly hung up. If I had known about the early closure, I would have ordered from a different restaurant. I chose UberEATS due to time constraints this morning. I'm left without lunch and would appreciate a resolution. It's disappointing that the restaurant could not fulfill confirmed orders without prior notice on the app.

Hello, I recently launched a restaurant and grocery delivery service in Rockmart, GA to support myself amidst health challenges. I put in the hard work to partner with local restaurants and serve a sizeable customer base. Unfortunately, I am facing harassment from someone trying to imitate my business. This individual has resorted to online defamation to undermine my work. Despite my exclusive contracts with most local restaurants, this copycat is causing disruptions. I had ambitious plans to expand my services to cover more of NW GA, where UberEATS is not yet available. I believe introducing UberEATS to our area would be a great solution and help me combat this unfair competition. The demand for food delivery is rapidly increasing here, and I am seeking support to keep my business afloat. I am hopeful that UberEATS will consider partnering with me to serve our community effectively.

I ordered from a local restaurant as I'm not feeling well and didn't want to cook. The delivery driver didn't park properly and my order got canceled, mentioning they couldn't reach me. Uber Eats contacted me after the driver's call. I feel Uber should review their service policies to avoid losing customers. It's important to remember competitors like Seamless and Grub Hub don't have booking fees.

On July 19, [redacted], I placed an order with Panda Express from my workplace. Due to a delayed lunch break permitted by our boss, I was unable to receive my order. After contacting UberEats customer support multiple times, I was assured that I wouldn't be charged for the unfulfilled order. Despite this, my account reflects a charge of $38.77, while the UberEats app shows an adjusted total of $27.32. I have yet to receive a refund for the amount I was wrongly charged.
