I’ve been trying to sign up for ubereats for about two months, if not longer. Since the middle of May I have not been able to submit my documentation for my licensing history, because the checkr portal has expired. The message says the report has expired and to “please contact the company you are working with to order a new report”. I’ve reached out to Uber multiple times about this issue but get the same automated message every time from someone with a different name. I’m not able to access my Uber driver account because it is still “pending” and waiting on my licensing history, which I can’t submit because of the expired portal*report. Is there any way I could get a new report through checkr, so I can resubmit my documentation that is needed? **Thank you *Drew Woolsey
