The issue in GetHuman-lamvuong's own words
I have just ordered UberEats for Thai Pepper. I am very frustrated right now, because my estimated time arrival for food was supposed to be **:** AM. It is now, **:** PM and my order is cancelled. The driver, claimed to have "contacted" me. Though I never got a call, I got the notification. Therefore, I called her twice. And she declined both my calls. I then proceeded to message her. If you could pull up the history of the conversation, it specifically shows my conversation telling her that the address she puts in is correct, and she just has to turn in where it tells her to. Not to mention, prior to this, I have listed instructions as I was placing the order. I reached out to customer service and she was useless. I got my refund, but I do not have any of my food. Therefore, not only am I pissed off because I have been at work since *:** AM without breakfast, now I am without lunch. The past two experiences at UberEats have simply been the worst.
I don't know why my problem says fixed though it is not.
GetHuman-lamvuong did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
