I’m so disgusted with your customer service. **About ** minutes after I placed this order I opened the app back up to see the status and there was an error message saying something like “Error processing order. Please re-submit” and the only option was OK so I pressed it and it resent the order but the first order was already on it’s way. **I couldn’t find a cancel button anywhere so I messaged the driver who said to call the support line. The first girl said that she couldn’t cancel it and that I would have to pay for both so I requested a manager “Raf” who also would not listen to the situation and also wouldn’t offer to refund the order. **I understand if it’s MY fault that I accidentally placed an order and changed my mind that it would be hard to cancel it but I didn’t do that. It was the app that resubmitted the order. **I use this app a lot but now I’m really pissed off that a company as big as UBER can’t fix their app or even offer any kind of credit or refund. **Here’s the order numbers and you can see that it’s the exact same order sent twice. *******D - The first order (which isn’t even showing up in my app under past orders right now) ******** - The duplicate order (which has already been delivered but as of right now it’s still showing up under the “Upcoming” tab**I’ve gotten both the emails from each order.
