I made an order on Sunday *th July ****A* the driver Pablo split the drinks whilst on route however he did not state this when he cancelled the order, presumably to avoid not getting paid. My issue is £*.** was taken from my account and I was verbally abused by your driver. I want money reimbursed as no delivery was made and no second driver arrived. I will be taking this further should I need to as your driver lied regarding the cancellation on the app and he also lied to my face stating another driver would be coming. He also has the audacity to call me stupid even though it is clear he does not understand how use the app or behave professionally. Might I also mention he is supposed to state why he cancelled and he did not. If your drivers do not speak English they should not be working as the clients using the app are English and deserve answers when speaking with your team instead of being verbally abused sue to lack of training and professionalism.
