Dear Uber,**I am amazed and enjoying the customer service provided by DoorDash. I get to speak to a live person. The last time I did business with you, you replied to me and wrote not to bother replying back when I took issue with you offering a “sorry” instead of a refund of a missing item in my order. That item was *$* and I’ve spent way over $*,*** with you. I decided that day to delete your app, stop doing business with your company and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I felt unvalued and a little bit embarrassed when your robot responded with the same nonsense over and over again. But I was welcomed among tons of people online with similar stories who directed me to DoorDash.**-Chez
