Hello, my name is Liza Zuniga. My order number AC*** from Mc Donald's at Harrisburg location. We spoke with the manager because the Uber driver left when the manager clearly said she had more bags for the order. My order took over an hour to come. It was cold and the order was incomplete. My son meal was entirely missing. My order was missing * drinks,* large fries. This is not right. My husband was upset, my son would not take food from me even after I asked him to eat. I want a full refund. Delores, shift manager at McDonald's said Ubereats is the one who needs to provide refund since the driver did not wait for the manager to get the rest of the bags. Please send our full refund as we returned food. Thank you. Liza Zuniga
