The issue in GetHuman-guatato's own words
This is regarding my first transaction through the app ‘UberEats’ and I thought it was going to run smoothly and easy. **I got my order at a reasonable time, however I had a complain of one item missing from my order to which I decided to let go. BUT, what I can’t let go is the fact that I paid TWICE. **I was not aware of my credit card being automatically linked to my account as I wasn’t given any warning whatsoever! And so I thought I had to pay in cash! I even gave tip to the delivery guy! In app and in person! **Please reach me and tell me you can eat my money back.
GetHuman-guatato did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
