UberEATS's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-erikorta a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-erikorta's own words
Placed an order on the app, a couple minutes after order was placed it said it was cancelled, then the courier said she still picked it up so I am guessing order still went through, app said she was arriving so I was outside location for ** minutes and app said I was the one not at the location when she never arrived. Wondering if payment went through or not because it says it was cancelled but I went to the restaurant to re order and cashier said courier did pick it up. If payment went through I would like a refund.
GetHuman-erikorta did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
