Order food for delivery ... The Uber eats app had listed two restaurants that are partnered with Uber eats, when I ordered all it said was order is being prepared and the estimated delivery time kept changing until I had to call an Uber eats representative and they told me that they don’t currently have an Uber eats driver at the moment for these two restaurants had I not called I would’ve Waited till passed midnight, if I would’ve known that I would not have ordered and waited over an hour for not one but two restaurants, needless to say I’m never ordering or using the Uber eats app again, I’ll find another delivery service or just go and pick it up myself, I thought this was to make life more convenient for others who don’t have access to a car and can’t get out to pick up food
It was frustrating because if I didn’t call a representative I would’ve been waiting for two hours and well over midnight for food that was never going to be delivered
Don’t list restaurants if you don’t have an Uber driver for it.
You can with my order history how often I use Uber eats App, but I will not use it anymore after this.
No I’ll use another delivery service such as Door Dash I’m sure you’ve heard of them before
