I requested a refund for a transaction over * weeks ago. I tried to place an order and your app told me the items were no longer available and it kicked me back to the beginning, where I successfully placed a different order. My parents received one order and then another driver attempted to deliver another. My parents refused the food because they just ate the order that I placed successfully. So not only was I charged for an extra order, the food was not left with my parents. I am entitled to a refund. Please let me know how this can be accomplished.
