My order was not delivered at the proper time and thus we can't eat because work started back up and it's cold. It was picked up from the restaurant at **:** based on your tracking and delivered at **:**. The driver said she was delivering another order. The only reason I use uber is because I can rely on the time given. This should not happen. If she had numerous orders that impede the time shouldn't another driver take my order?
GetHuman-jteachma did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
