Hi, we had this customer reach out to us regarding his tip. I wanted to send this over because I believe per your policy your drivers should not be doing making posts or sending messages regarding tips. *Also to pass feedback of his delivery the driver called my peer and stated for them to meet him outside our building (when all other drivers would just drop it off at the lobby) because he was sick and regretted taking our order. We accommodated to him. We did tip him as well. This order was for some employees and not company.
