I gave clear delivery instructions on how to get to my address (I said “come to the Amherst Alley entrance, not the Memorial Drive) entrance. I got a notification saying that the driver had called me and I hadn’t responded, but I checked my phone and I had no record of a call from him. Then I called the driver, driver called me and said that he was on Memorial Drive. I gave two clear options for getting to Amherst Alley, either by taking a left on one street, or a right on another. He was very close to both streets. Then he ended the call and I got a notification that my order had been canceled.
I trust that UberEATS will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
