They charged me twice for food delivery, when I called them to make them aware of the mistake they told me that there was nothing they could do... ... I will never be using UBER EATS EVER AGAIN. I placed an order for pizza last night, when I looked at my receipt I realized that the pizza was not on the order and so I placed an additional order with JUST the pizza. After the order was placed I realized that I was charged TWO delivery fees from Uber eats for an order that was made within the same minute to the same pizza place that has FREE delivery and the order was delivered to the same location by the same delivery person! Thinking that Uber Eats would immediately apologize and make the appropriate corrections to this order I called them last night! I will NEVER BE USING UBER EATS EVER AGAIN!!!!
I ordered a pizza and was charged a $**.** delivery fee
All I originally wanted was for Uber Eats to credit one of my delivery fees... NOW I am requesting a full refund as I feel that this company has been ripping people off and should be put out of business completely!
I was told BY an Uber eats customer service representative that if this was my first time using Uber eats that they could have credited me back the $*.** delivery fee but because I have used Uber eats so much in the past that there was nothing they could do...
I've tried, emailing the company, calling the company nothing works
