i had ordered food and I had to wait an extra hour for the food. also the food was cold. i dont think this is acceptable and i believe uber eats would agree. also the driver didnt answer his phone at all either. I trust that UberEATS will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair

resolve the issue of dealing with bad service ... i had ordered food and I had to wait an extra hour for the food. also the food was cold. i dont think this is acceptable and i believe uber eats would agree. also the driver didnt answer his phone at all either.
the driver was on time to get the food. he was on his phone when he was dropping the food but couldnt answer a single call from either myself or from Uber eats.
i would like a refund or any easy resolution to compensate for the time i had lost to wait for your delivery man
i am a good customer because i always order my food and i never have an issue with any of my orders.
i have not tried to fix any other issues because i havent had any complaints
