I am just trying to be a deliverer and my background check has taken months to finish ... I'm trying to work for Uber eats and it's been months since I've signed up and I am still not able to work. They claim my background check is still under review but that it'll take *-** business days (they always say this).
It has been very frustrating, since I am wanting to start earning money before school starts again. I am tired of waiting for an answer to my problem.
They could help by giving my answers to my questions and resolving the issue at hand so that I am able to begin work.
I've been willing to try over and over again instead of giving up in this business.
I have tried calling, emailing and chatting customer service and always get the same response.
