I ordered from Truxton's, expecting a delivery window of 35 - 45 minutes, but it ended up taking 75 minutes. The driver, John, advised that he received a call from Uber about an issue with our order but didn't respond or return the call. He directed me to call [redacted], which turned out to be a line for Uber drivers, not customers. To add to the confusion, he mistakenly gave us someone else's order and failed to provide ours. Despite claiming he had another delivery prior to ours, it was revealed he had actually delivered our food first. This situation could have been avoided had we known the truth earlier. It is disappointing that: 1. We received the wrong order. 2. John misrepresented his delivery sequence. 3. John ignored Uber's call. 4. He redirected us to a driver hotline instead of addressing the issue directly. I kindly request corrective action regarding this driver's behavior as it falls below the expected service standards for Uber deliveries.

Hello, I want to share my recent disappointing experience with your service. I placed an order for McDonald's food, but unfortunately, I did not receive what I requested. This has happened for the second time now. The delivery person, Ali, arrived and I paid him a tip, but when I checked the order, my food was missing. Despite explaining the error, he was dismissive and refused to address the issue. Instead, he left with the incorrect items. I contacted McDonald's, and they directed me back to your service. I am frustrated by this poor service and the inconvenience it has caused. I am seeking a full refund for the undelivered items and a reimbursement for the time and effort wasted. Kindly process a refund to my account promptly.

To facilitate your refund, the following steps need to be taken. There were multiple charges and I require reimbursement. Thank you for selecting Navy Federal. To cancel the authorization, the merchant needs to send a fax request to the Contact Center Resolution at [redacted] or email to [redacted] The merchant's request should: - Come from the merchant - Be on official letterhead - Contain the member’s name - Provide the last four digits of the check card number - Include the transaction date - Specify the amount of the authorization - Include the authorization code, if available - Offer a valid contact number for the merchant - Merchant must confirm in the request that they will not pursue fund collection Please note that partial releases are not an option; the amount should cover the total sum of the incorrect authorization.

I recently moved to Buckeye off Miller Rd and Lower Buckeye in AZ. Back when I lived in Avondale, I relied on Uber Eats because of my busy schedule. Even though I can cook, I prefer the convenience of ordering in as I juggle work, taking care of my child, walking the dog, and unwinding with a glass of wine in front of the TV. My husband and kid have hearty appetites, making Uber Eats a vital part of our routine. Unfortunately, I'm currently out of their delivery radius. I saw the commercial featuring Uber's new CEO promising improvements, and I hope they consider extending their service area. I used to spend around $[redacted] a month on Uber Eats and missing out on it is tough. As someone who values the convenience of food delivery, I'm eager for them to include more areas like mine. I recently joined Uber Eats and completed my 30th delivery. I noticed a poster offering a $[redacted] bonus for reaching this milestone, but later realized I needed to sign up through t.uber.com/burgerstompdelivery to be eligible for the promotion. Since I signed up before seeing the poster, is there any way I can still receive the bonus? I finished my deliveries today and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I ordered through Ubereats, and there was confusion with the drivers. The restaurant claimed a second driver arrived after the original one had taken the order. After multiple calls, Ubereats canceled the order but suggested I reorder. When I inquired about compensation, I was informed it was not possible. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation and explained I wouldn't reorder without some form of compensation since I had waited for an excessive amount of time. I believe a small credit is fair as a gesture for this inconvenience, especially since I am a frequent user of the service. I am willing to provide more information if necessary.

My order was 15 minutes late, and the driver had trouble finding me at the hotel. The McDonald's food was disappointing - cold, with hard french fries. The drinks were watered down, and the ice had completely melted in the bag. The order was incorrect and cold. My name is Clayton Heywood, and I paid with a Visa debit card ending in [redacted]. Hello, I am still waiting for the refund I was promised after my frustrating experience with Uber Eats. Hello, I have been utilizing Ubereats for a while now, and overall, it has been a positive experience. However, I have encountered recurring issues when ordering to my work address. On one occasion, a substantial order for my coworkers was not received because the restaurant was closed for renovations, despite it being available on the app. Another time, my order was delayed significantly, arriving much later than scheduled during my work lunch hour. Today's order appears to not have been prepared, well beyond the estimated delivery time. Despite these occurrences, I am not considering discontinuing my use of the service. Hello, I placed an order at Oki Bowl in Washington, DC with the order number AD7B0. I noticed that the prices on UberEats were higher than the actual menu prices at the restaurant. I confirmed this with Oki Bowl, where the appetizer was $8 and the entree was $14, while UberEats charged me $8.75 for the appetizer and $16 for the entree. The difference in prices has resulted in an overcharge of $2.25. The taxes and Booking Fee were accurate at $2.68 and $4.99 respectively. I kindly request a refund of $2.25 for the overcharge as it is essential for customers to rely on accurate pricing. If this issue persists, I may consider using other delivery services such as Postmates or Cavier. Order number AD7BO was incorrect. Recently, I ordered dinner from Oki Bowl in Washington, DC, call them at [redacted]. I ordered the Denny’s Create Your Own Grand Slam along with 2 orange juices and The Grand Slam Slugger, but my order arrived missing all 3 drinks, including my coffee. When I contacted Denny’s, they initially suggested I catch the Uber driver to get the drinks back, which wasn't possible as the driver had already left. Upon asking for a reimbursement, I was told there was nothing they could do. After requesting a manager, I was first told they were unaware of the situation, only for them to later claim they saw the cook give everything to the Uber driver. The manager then abruptly stated they couldn't help and hung up. I am unsure where the mistake occurred, but I am requesting a refund of the delivery fee and compensation for the missing drinks. The order was placed using my spouse's email, so please let me know if you need his details to locate the order.

I placed an order at Waddell's on [redacted] S Regal St, Spokane, WA [redacted] for Order216B4 totaling $64.83. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The Uber Eats driver collected my order along with another, leading to a delay of over 70 minutes. Upon arrival, only half of my food was delivered, cold and soggy, indicating the remaining half may have been wrongly delivered elsewhere. I received a response offering a refund for the missing items, which is insufficient. The failure to deliver the complete order in a timely manner makes the food inedible. I also expect a refund for any delivery fee associated with this order. I am compelled to share my negative experience with Uber Eats on social media, with friends, and family. The lack of customer service and the incompetence of the drivers have proven to be a significant letdown. This failure in service is unacceptable.

I am requesting a refund for my recent order through Uber Eats. I ordered a burrito bowl with guacamole to accompany it, but my bowl arrived with no meat despite paying for extra steak. I experienced issues with my recent order from Enzo's Pizza. I placed an order on Friday night, which was not delivered. After contacting customer service, I was refunded and placed a new order. Unfortunately, the second order was also not received. When I called the [redacted]-number again, I learned that there was a problem with the driver not being provided with all the necessary information. This led to a delay in the delivery process. I recently made a purchase from Marco’s Pizza, and unfortunately, there were some issues with my order. Initially, there was a problem with the ingredients as they were out of turkey and had to substitute it with chicken. However, the chicken had an odd taste, making the sandwich unpleasant to eat. Furthermore, the presentation of the sub was lacking, as it seemed hastily put together and falling apart. I shared a photo of the sandwich yesterday, but I can retrieve it from the garbage if necessary. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have been receiving and have decided to no longer use Marco’s Pizza in the future. I am requesting a full refund due to the disappointment I have experienced with my recent orders. It is unfortunate to see a decline in the quality of service based on my past orders.

My boyfriend mistakenly applied for a job as an Uber driver instead of for Uber Eats. After encountering issues with the application process, we were instructed to use a different email address. Despite changing to my email initially, the problem persisted. Eventually, I was given a website address to resolve the issue and update his correct email address. Subsequently, when trying to sign up for UberEats, I discovered that my email was already associated with an account, likely from the driver application submission. I request assistance in removing my email from my boyfriend's previous driver application to successfully access the UberEats app. I hope to rectify this situation promptly to start using the UberEats service without any further complications. I made an order at 10:55 PM, with a delivery estimate of 11:10 PM which got delayed to 11:16 PM, then 11:17 PM. The delivery driver called me while I was waiting in front of my apartment by the street. Communication was challenging as the driver parked half a block away due to the busy location. We spent about 5-7 minutes searching for each other. Unfortunately, the order was soaked in soda that spilled in the bag while searching. After a 25-minute wait, we had to discard the food and make other arrangements. While I understand mishaps can happen, this experience has left me feeling disappointed. I believe there should be more accountability for the drivers. Despite this, I may consider using mobile food delivery services in the future, but I will definitely be wary after this incident.
