I am trying to take care of a past balance that is preventing me from using the UberEats App to place orders. I HAVE SPOKEN TO * CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTIVES THAT HAS BEEN PUTTING ME THROUGH A RING A ROUND CIRCLE! *They suggested calling my bank*going to my bank to finding what is going on. My bank sent an email to the customer support for ubereats and they removed the restriction. **The negative balance is still reflecting on the app which means I can not use ubereats until it is taken care of. **Please keep in mind I have been on the phone since **:**am to right now email *:**pm.
GetHuman-chefrory did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
