My name is Kionna Hicks my phone number on the account is ***-***-****. On **** I placed Order *BBA** * May **, **** **:** AM. Prior to placing this order I had a credit of $**.** and I used a $**.** promo code LJHYN****** and my credit balance was $**.**. After my promo code was applied I then placed the order which left me with a credit balance of $**.**. However, when I check my bank account I see that I was charged $*.** and now on my ubereats accounts my credit balance is not showing. I need to know what happened to my credit balance of $**.** when it was showing on my account after I placed the order and why my credit card was charged. I will be disputing this charge with my bank account as my credit card should not have been charged.
