The issue in GetHuman-gusgraph's own words
On Monday evening, ****, I dealt with a Customer Service agent, Vincent, who could not verify that my home office email address was the same as the email address on my contract. Even though I receive weekly reports every week to my home office address. (*****@***.com).*The agent insisted that I provide my store email: *****@***.com which I did not have available at the time.*Therefore, he would not give me access to my Uber Eats dashboard to review my daily delivery stats. He transferred me to a different department with the advisement that I would be hearing from them in two or three days!*Now, today ****, I still cannot get into my dashboard. If I tap "Order History", all I am getting is a note that says "no current orders" which is ridiculous since we do about a thousand dollars or more every week with Uber.
GetHuman-gusgraph did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
