Im in Tampa,Florida. I ordered from Village Inn Restaurant through my Uber Eats App. I received the food and my daughters salad had a rotten tomato covered in mold sitting right on top of the salad! I immediately contacted the manager at Village Inn Restaurant and I sent him a picture of the salad with the mold covered rotted tomato! He apologized profusly and said he would use the picture I sent him to show to his staff and further educate them! He then said he would refund my daughters meal which was a Ruben Sandwich with the side salad. He said I had to contact Uber Eats for the refund to be put back on my debit card! I have the picture I sent the manager of the restaurant as well as the messages between him and I if you would like me to forward them please let me know! So what's the next step?
