spoke with customer service and they said to email. on ********* i was using the ubereats app to place an order. i went through the whole process including checking out. but it gave me a error message. something about no connection being made. i reset the app and when i opened it up to look at my shopping cart nothing was there. checked my order history and nothing was there. i checked my bank account and money was taken out for the order i did. i called jay gyros the restaurant i tried to order from and they confirmed no order on ubereats was placed at the time. i placed order around **:**am i would like to know why my account got charged and no history posted and no food delivered. get me my money back please. $**.**was the total
GetHuman-aguilabr did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
