We are experiencing significant issues with your company and its drivers when delivering our orders. After the driver picks up the food, we receive cancellation notices, and when we contact customer service, we are unable to speak to a manager on duty. This has happened repeatedly, causing immense frustration as a business owner. The treatment we have received is unacceptable, considering we are loyal customers and partners. Furthermore, some drivers have picked up the food only to cancel the order and consume the food in their cars in our parking lot. We hope to resolve these issues promptly. I am a frequent user of UberEats and have always had good experiences until last week. I placed an order, and the driver parked three doors down from my house without attempting to deliver my food promptly. Despite her location showing as at my house on the app, she did not communicate with me and stayed in her car using her phone. Eventually, I had to go outside, and only then did she hand me my food without even stepping out of her car, making it 10-15 minutes late and cold. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I believe some action should be taken to ensure this doesn't happen again. Despite this incident, I have mostly had positive experiences with UberEats and would appreciate a credit in light of this inconvenience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am facing an issue with Google Maps not listing my apartment correctly. It is situated behind another complex with separate addresses. Upon contacting Le’Quiche to provide directions, the experience was unsatisfactory. Despite sharing the gate code, she opted to not follow it and left my food outside. I had to walk quite a distance to retrieve it, resulting in cold food. The service received was disappointing and unprofessional. Due to this hassle, I am reluctant to consume the food and request a refund.

On May 14, [redacted], I placed an order on Uber Eats for one item, specifying in the special instructions to exclude green peppers and onions. Unfortunately, my meal arrived with both ingredients included, which causes me to become ill. Despite reaching out for support through the GET HELP feature, I was only advised to rate the restaurant poorly. This is an unsatisfactory response. The meal cost $17.21 (Order #[redacted]) and was inedible due to the error. I have evidence of my request and photos of the incorrect food. I am requesting a refund of $17.21. If this matter is not resolved, I would like guidance on deactivating my Uber Eats account. I have spent $[redacted].94 with Uber Eats so far in [redacted], and I find the lack of appropriate assistance disappointing. I am willing to switch to Lyft if necessary. Hello, I placed a food order, but the restaurant informed me that they are out of the main ingredient. Since that was the primary item I wanted, I decided to cancel the delivery. The UberEATS delivery person suggested I cancel it myself, but I couldn't locate the cancel option on my mobile app. The cancellation instructions on the app are in Portuguese, which I don't understand due to being in Lisbon. The provided cancellation phone number is disconnected. After contacting the driver, he mentioned I must cancel and that there might be a charge. I prefer not to be charged for food I won't receive. I placed an order on Uber Eats in Norcross, GA at Casa Blanca Atlanta with a delivery scheduled between 10:45 pm and 11:05 pm. Unfortunately, there were multiple delays, and the delivery was pushed back to 11:10 pm. When the driver, Deana, contacted me, she mentioned taking another order before mine due to timing. After some confusion in finding the location, I eventually received my food, but it was cold and incorrect. I ordered a salad and nachos but received Mozzeralla sticks and cheesecake instead. Upon returning to the office, I realized the error but could not address it. I am seeking a refund for this inconvenience. Thank you.

I'm Carla R. My order never arrived as the driver got lost on the way. Even though I could see him on the map, he went the wrong way claiming my address was incorrect. He eventually got disconnected from the navigation. I'm a driver for Uber Eats too and never had such an issue. I always order to [redacted] Dale Ave, Spring Valley, CA [redacted]. My order cost almost $28 and a person from Uber called to assist but it wasn't successful. The driver, Musta, in a Kia Optima with license plate 8DID996, couldn't find my apartment. I have encountered issues with the UberEats website before, but tonight's experience was particularly frustrating. When I tried to place an order from my favorite restaurant, the website displayed an error stating they couldn't find my order. After refreshing the page and attempting to order again, I encountered the same error. Consequently, I resorted to using a different delivery service to place an order. Surprisingly, 10 minutes after ordering from the alternative service, I received my original UberEats order. Then, 10 minutes later, the same UberEats order arrived again. Despite the website indicating neither order went through, I received both. This situation is problematic as I now have excess food that will go to waste since my third meal just arrived. I am dissatisfied with this experience and am seeking reimbursement for the duplicate orders.

Good evening, Today at 5:11 pm, I made a purchase through your service for Popeyes. I ordered (2) 5-piece chicken tender meals with french fries and an extra biscuit. When the order arrived, I received (2) three-piece meals with Cajun rice and no biscuit, despite having the correct receipt. Ian I from customer service suggested I contact you via email to reorder using Uber Eats credit. I have never faced this problem with Uber before. I placed my first order at 8:00, and it arrived around 8:30, but unfortunately, it was the wrong order from a different restaurant. After contacting customer service, they refunded me and advised reordering with the credits. However, the second order took an additional 45 minutes, with the driver explaining that UberEATS assigned him another delivery stop before getting to me. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and the quality was poor; my wings were dry with barely any sauce, and my boyfriend's taco salad was dry and rubbery. Despite my complaint, the customer service representative could only offer a partial refund. I mentioned taking pictures of the inedible food before discarding it. Disappointed with the experience, we opted to order pizza instead. If this isn't resolved, we may avoid using UberEATS in the future due to the inconvenience.

Hello! I am facing an issue while trying to sign up to drive for Uber Eats. The website is requesting proof of car insurance with a "missing driver name" error. I submitted a photo of the insurance card, but as I am under my grandparents' policy, only their names are listed on the card, not mine. Should I ask Liberty Mutual, our insurance company, to issue a new card with my name on it, or is there a way to proceed with the current card even though it doesn't bear my name? Hello, I apologize for the delay in responding as I have been unwell and hospitalized. I have frequently used UberEats without any major issues, especially ordering from my favorite sandwich place, Mr. Submarine in Oak Forest, IL. However, my recent experience was disappointing. The delivery driver was slow and the sandwich I received was not wrapped properly and looked messy. I decided not to eat it due to concerns it had been tampered with. I contacted the restaurant the next day, and the manager remembered my order and confirmed similar issues with this driver in the past. Despite the manager's efforts to double-wrap the sandwich, it arrived poorly packaged. Would you have eaten it? Upon delivery, our food order was mishandled by the driver. The driver dropped the container in our lobby, placed the food back inside, and mentioned it had leaked without addressing the food stain on the carpet. This incident was unacceptable and distressing, especially considering health concerns due to a sick family member. Although the driver is at fault, the company must also take responsibility for ensuring better hiring practices. I possess video evidence of the incident in our lobby and would like to address this matter promptly. I had a very disappointing experience tonight. I ordered food from a pizza place and waited 45 minutes. After being informed that my food had arrived, I went downstairs, but the driver mentioned they had bad signal when I messaged them. Despite calling them 7 times, they did not answer, and my order was eventually cancelled. Upon contacting customer service, they offered to reorder my food, which I waited nearly 2 hours for. However, I found out on my second call that my food was never actually reordered, even though I specifically requested it. I was then told that I should not order late at night to avoid such issues in the future. Although I was informed that my money had been refunded, the restaurant had closed, leaving me without my meal. After 3 hours, I am left frustrated by the service tonight and hope this can be rectified to prevent a similar occurrence in the future.

I placed an order on Uber Eats, and the map showed that my food was on its way. I waited outside with my phone as I requested a call upon arrival. I had provided my number in the comments section, although it was already linked to my account. Unfortunately, the delivery person did not call. I received a text from Uber Eats stating that my order would be canceled in 5 minutes. I am baffled as nobody showed up, there was no call made, and now I am left without food and out of pocket.
