UberEATS's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-zobiaha a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-zobiaha's own words
Im a partner with uber eats. I accepted a delivery today at **noon (**********) from jalepno grill o*in Hempstead. When I got there the order was not ready. The lady at the counter told me *more minutes. I had ttold her there is no parking here. I parked by the fire hydrant. After * minutes I went back in to pick it up. I then started to write in the app stating how the order was not ready. The app cancelled the trip. I had already picked it up. I then went back inside & asked the * for the customer. I called the customer & narrated the story to him. I had asked him to provide me with his address. I dropped his order to *** brooks Garden city. (to his address) I need uber to pay me for that trip. Even the night before I accepted a delivery from Friendlys on Franklin Ave. When I reached there the employees there said they had shut their app & were not taking any orders. Uber didn't inform me .
