My food was delivered but we had just stepped out back and missed the doorbell, the delivery driver left within a min or * and didn’t even bother to call us, I know it was our fault but a phone call would have been nice since I did have my phone on me. I called immediately and spoke directly to one of your employees, she said she would cancel out the first order and told me my money would go back in my account within * days, but she said to re order the food over the app since she was canceling out my first order, so I did. I got my first money back which was about $** but then we noticed we had another charge for $***, and still haven’t received that refund as well. So I would really like to speak to someone about this. Thank you.
