I scheduled an Uber Black ride a week in advance and was quoted $74. After the ride, I saw a service fee of $12, bringing the total to $74. I'd like to know when and where this fee is usually applied. Does booking in advance or choosing Uber Black trigger this fee? Does it apply to all Uber rides? I ordered McDonald's for my two youngest children on Friday while their brother was at football practice, and the food arrived early, which pleased me. However, upon opening the bags, I noticed there were only a third of the chips in them. This is unacceptable; they should be full. I paid for a complete meal, not missing chips for my children! Initially, I thought they had fallen out of the bag, but after realizing this wasn't the case, I was very disappointed. I requested a refund through the app and was denied without any explanation, just a generic response that they would consider my feedback. I am extremely upset and find this situation appalling. I would like a refund for the two large chips I purchased. Thank you. - MH

Last Tuesday afternoon, when I tried to use my app for a ride, a blue screen with the message "Move with Safety" appeared. The only option available is a black button that says "Get Started". Upon clicking it, I was prompted to enter my phone number. After doing so and clicking "Next", it requested a 6-digit code from a "Security App" I am unfamiliar with, or a "Backup Code" that I do not have. Coincidentally, around the same time, my credit card was compromised, with someone attempting to make a $[redacted] purchase of "Uber Cash" without my knowledge. As a result, I am still unable to access my app. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

At the beginning of our trip, the Uber driver wasn't wearing his mask. I politely asked him to put it on, and after repeating my request, he finally complied. However, after the ride, he falsely reported that we were not wearing masks, which is untrue. My husband and I are both fully vaccinated and take Covid precautions seriously. Additionally, my husband had trouble with the seat belt during the ride, and the driver was unhelpful and dismissive. Now, we are being charged $80 for a cleaning fee for a mess we did not leave in the car, which is inaccurate. I am disappointed with Uber and will be disputing this charge. The driver's behavior was unacceptable, and I am frustrated with this whole situation.

I need assistance with a recurring monthly charge of $9.99 from Edmund Richardi (Scranton Raw Bar) on our commercial card. The account was created by Barbara Komenda, but we are unable to contact her to cancel it due to cutting ties after Edmund's kidney transplant. As part of the corporate office for Edmund Richardi, I am Coni, also listed on the credit card account.

I had a disappointing experience with my recent order. The hot chocolate I received was actually hot colored water, my macho ken sandwich and chips were extremely soggy and ended up in the trash. I usually order from you without any problems, but tonight was a complete disgrace. It was frustrating that I couldn't properly submit my complaint. I am very dissatisfied and doubtful about ordering from your establishment again after this incident due to the difficulty in addressing complaints.

I recently had my first Uber experience and it was quite confusing. I requested a ride for 2:30 pm, but it arrived at 12:30 pm, which was frustrating. However, the driver showed me how to adjust the time in the app. Despite entering the correct details for my pickup location and destination, there were email notifications stating the driver had arrived at the wrong address. I kindly request that all charges be reversed, except for the ride I actually took. Thank you.

On December 18, in Miami, Florida, we tried to go to Little Havana but encountered difficulties with our Uber driver. The female driver did not speak English and mistakenly took us to the residential neighborhood instead of the tourist area. She wanted us to get out in a less desirable location due to the language barrier. My wife and I refused, feeling uncomfortable with the situation. The lack of communication was frustrating and led to this unpleasant experience.

I recently received a notification on my phone regarding a charge for an Uber ride totaling 44.98 on my card, which I did not authorize since I do not have an Uber account. I have contacted my bank to dispute this charge. The transaction occurred on Thursday, December 23rd, around 4:30 PM EST. I am curious to know the city where this charge took place. I received the wrong item in my Uber Eats order, and I need assistance to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, typing is difficult for me as I have Parkinson's disease, so I rely on using the microphone. Due to my condition, I am unable to take a photograph of the incorrectly received item as my phone's camera feature is inaccessible. Also, my credit cards are currently being declined, preventing me from proceeding with the resolution. On Christmas morning, Ashley, my driver to Denver Airport, canceled right at pick-up time, causing me to wait 20 minutes for a new driver (no fault of Kenneth). To make matters worse, I was charged $5.00 more than my initial price of $38.14, totaling over $44! This situation added extra stress to my rush to make my flight on time. I kindly request a minimum credit of $5.00 or perhaps a complimentary ride in the future, as I believe I deserve it. Thank you.

I am facing an issue with Uber as my account got deactivated due to false reports accusing me of being under the influence. These reports are completely untrue. I had encounters with three riders who acted inappropriately, one even asked to light a joint in my car. When I refused, they threatened to report me to Uber, claiming I was intoxicated. I believe Uber should have a dedicated department to speak with drivers immediately after such reports to assess the situation better. It is essential for the company to have a fair process that considers both sides before making decisions. I have been a dedicated driver for 4.5 years, maintaining a 4.9 rating as a diamond driver. Driving for Uber was my sole income, and it was a way for me to contribute to preventing drunk driving. I urge Uber to reconsider my case and make necessary improvements to prevent drivers from being unfairly penalized by false accusations from passengers.

I made a pickup order from Cheng's Garden at 5:30 pm, and the estimated ready time was 6:30 pm. However, I got a message from UberEats that my order was ready when I arrived at 7 pm. Unfortunately, my order had not even been started. Due to work commitments, I couldn't wait any longer. The restaurant suggested I contact Uber for a full refund.

I recently shopped at Walmart and scheduled an Uber ride which unfortunately left me stranded, forcing me to walk 2.5 miles home with heavy grocery bags due to the driver not showing up. This incident left me unable to enjoy Christmas day and even led to health complications requiring a hospital visit. The thought of having the unused fare amount deducted from my account for a future ride is disappointing, especially considering a similar situation happened before when I was late for work after the driver abandoned me. As a result, I have lost trust in Uber's services and won't be using them again. I believe this issue needs to be addressed promptly, and the deducted funds should be refunded immediately.

I booked an Uber cab today from Juinagar sector 25 at 7:05 pm. The driver was far away, so I called him and said I would arrive in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I called again, and he said he was on his way to the location. When I asked him to come to the location, he insisted I come to the petrol pump instead. I told him that I couldn't walk that far, and asked him to come to the location, but he canceled the trip without giving me a ride. Why should I have to pay for this mistake? The driver's name is Dharamkirti.

On Friday, Christmas day around 1:10 pm, I left Rikko's Taco Shop and realized I had left my phone in the Uber driver's white Lexus. I am unable to access anything since my phone is inside the car. On December 19, [redacted], I arranged for a 4 a.m. pickup in Arlington, MA. The day before, the pickup was confirmed for $32. However, on the day of the pickup, I discovered that the driver was not going to arrive on time and rescheduled for over 50 minutes later. This delay meant I would miss my flight, so I had to cancel and rebook with another Uber driver for over $[redacted]. On July 25, [redacted], I noticed two unauthorized Uber charges on my credit card statement totaling $41.34 and $93.59. I have never used Uber for a ride, so these charges are fraudulent. I contacted my credit card company to dispute them, but unfortunately, they misunderstood my request and reversed the conditional credit. This issue was only discovered recently as I was reviewing my statements. The credit card ending in [redacted] has been replaced, and I can provide more information if necessary. I am trying to plan a trip from Carrollton, KY to Etowah, TN on Jan 3. Every time I try to schedule it, the service cuts off before reaching the destination. I wonder if this is due to a lack of available drivers because of the distance. I am open to making multiple stops along the way if needed to complete the journey, such as starting in Carrollton, KY and switching rides. Is this feasible? The app and website are difficult to navigate, and I am looking for a solution to get to Etowah, TN.
