I think I may have forgotten my cell phone in the car after a ride home from O2's in Millwoods, Edmonton, AB, Canada. I had been drinking, so I don't recall the specifics of the journey, only realizing my phone was missing when I woke up. I can't remember the car or the driver, but I was dropped off at [redacted] Grant MacEwan Blvd, Leduc, AB, on December 3, [redacted] (Friday). If my phone was found in the vehicle, please reach out to my daughter at [redacted], as I can't access my email. She can message me on Facebook Messenger about returning it. When I contacted the driver, they stated that they couldn't go to the destination because it was too far. They reassured me that I wouldn't be charged since I hadn't reached the destination. However, they later informed me that they could only have 2 cancellations per day and requested me not to cancel. Feeling pressured, I agreed not to cancel. I don't understand why I should have to pay extra when the driver wasn't willing to go. This situation first occurred on October 31st, [redacted]. I initially didn't mind the small charge but now it has happened again. I canceled within 10 minutes, so I don't believe I should be charged extra. Is this the way you value your customers? I'm truly disappointed, and I request the removal of these additional charges as it's not my fault.

I need to report a distressing incident with my Uber driver today. I requested an Uber from Ann Taylor in Somerville and the driver, Rotana, couldn't locate me despite clear directions due to my visual impairment. When I mentioned my blindness, he laughed at me, causing me great distress. He then canceled the ride, leaving me stranded and charging a fee. This discrimination is unacceptable. I am reaching out to The Mass Commission of The Blind in Boston. No one should go through what I experienced. The driver's details are Rotana, DFNE13, driving a Nissan Sentra. Hello, I've been attempting to acquire a Toyota Hybrid people mover to use for Uber in Australia, but I am struggling to communicate with the appropriate individuals. I made an order on Uber Eats 3 hours ago. The restaurant closed at 11:30, and it is now 1:20. I did not receive a notification about the order status. Sending notifications instead of calling seems lazy, and I missed the notification until it was too late to get food elsewhere. I have not eaten since breakfast. I selected your company for the service, which was not successful. I request a refund and believe I should be compensated for the frustrating experience I have had.

I attempted to update my Uber account to my current email, but it appears there is already an account associated with the email ([redacted]). I possess the login information for that email but do not have the phone number linked to the account, which prevents me from accessing it. I was wondering if it would be possible to remove the erroneous account connected to ([redacted]) so I can update my account to my current email, as I intend to sign up for a driver account. I scheduled a ride for 11:45 am, but the app showed no availability until 1:55. Later, the app stated a driver would arrive in four minutes. I was unsure how to cancel my initial booking. Upon speaking with the driver, I asked for help to cancel the ride. He reassured me when I accepted the new ride, the original would be canceled automatically. This led to a $27.00 cancellation fee. To whom it may concern, I encountered multiple issues trying to book an Uber for my airport ride on November 27th. Despite booking 3.5 hours before my flight, I faced a series of challenges. The first driver got lost in Dallas, far from my Euless, TEXAS address. Following this, a driver named Amy accepted the ride but didn't start it and was unreachable. Subsequently, another driver got lost in Fort Worth, delaying me significantly. As a result of these mishaps, I am requesting a full refund for these unsuccessful Uber experiences. It's frustrating to pay for services that are unable to navigate properly or fail to show up despite accepting the request. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly. Thank you, Joyce

I placed an order and the driver arrived at my house claiming he never received it. I reached out to the restaurant, and they informed me that they did give him the order, suggesting he may be dishonest. The app states I am eligible for a refund, but it doesn't specify if I will receive my promotional discount back. Should I consider leaving negative feedback for the driver, Akbar? This issue is unusual for me with this restaurant.

I am disputing unexpected charges on my bank account related to Uber. I have never used their services or any affiliated partners. How did my account information get into your system? I need a prompt resolution to refund the money being charged. I have already contacted my bank regarding this. There are currently three charges with two pending transactions for differing amounts. I am confused about these transactions and urgently need someone in authority to address this issue promptly.

My Uber account works fine on the app on my phone for rides and food delivery. However, I am unable to log in via the website on my computer. When I attempt to reset my password and request an SMS, I never receive the authentication code. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an option to switch to email for receiving the code. I utilize Uber with both my personal email at [redacted] and my work email at [redacted]

Hello, good evening. I noticed an issue with my recent Uber ride. I was charged $76 for a trip from a gas station at [redacted] E Cesar E Chavez Ave, Los Angeles, CA [redacted] to [redacted] Attridge Ave, Los Angeles, CA [redacted]. The fare in the app showed $7.79 originally. However, I noticed that the destination address is listed as San Bernardino, which is incorrect as I did not travel there. The driver Joseph indeed dropped me off at the Attridge Ave location. Can you please address this discrepancy? Thank you.

I recently received an email alleging that I was not wearing a mask during my ride, but this is inaccurate. I consistently wear my mask from the moment the driver arrives until the end of the trip. At no point was I informed that I wasn't wearing a mask or asked to put one on, which I assumed would have been the protocol if needed. It seems there may have been a mix-up with another passenger. I've been keeping an eye on my status points to maintain my level. On December 2nd and 3rd, I needed just 26 points. I earned 13 base points for a ride with additional perks. Also, ordering UberEATS should have given me a point for every dollar spent. Somehow, I didn't receive these points, causing me to drop a status level. I reached out via email, but only received auto-replies. I've answered their questions twice, but there has been no response or solution yet.

This morning, I accidentally left my yellow sling bag in a cab booked in Bangalore at 7:45 am on December 9th, [redacted], traveling from Marathahalli to Yelahanka. The cab was booked by my husband, S.D., at +91 [redacted]. The driver's name was SIDDAPPA WALIKAR, driving a White Desire. Unfortunately, he requested us to cancel the trip and pay him in cash due to our rushed schedule with an infant. I kindly request assistance in contacting him regarding my lost bag.

I have an Uber account for delivery driving. I completed the background check, but had an issue during the identity verification process at the post office due to an error with my passport expiry date. Sterling informed me that I need to re-submit the form, but I would like Uber to send me a new link to the application form or advise on creating a new account to begin the process afresh. Last night, I took an Uber from [redacted] W 52nd Street, New York, NY to 30 Ocean Parkway, Brooklyn, NY using a $50 voucher from my employer. According to my receipt, the total cost of the trip was $78.41. My personal debit card was charged 4 times for that amount and then $15.41. The initial 4 charges were declined by my bank, but the last one went through. Uber has sent me some unclear emails about the trip cost and remaining balance. Can you please confirm that the payment for my ride has been resolved?

I had a terrible experience with one of your drivers. I booked an Uber from Indira Gandhi Airport to the Sadar Bazar area, and the driver, Bhupinder, charged me ₹[redacted] for the trip on 23-Nov-[redacted]. I received an SMS on December 9, [redacted], at 18:12, notifying me of a deduction of R102.49 from my Standard Bank Credit Card. I have never used this card with UBER EATS and did not authorize this payment. My card has not been shared, and I have it with me. I kindly request that UBER EATS look into this issue and refund the amount promptly.

I recently noticed two unauthorized charges on my account that were made in Wilmington, DE, which is far from my location in Washington state. Strangely, I do not even have an Uber account. Following the advice of my credit card company, I am reaching out to Uber to report this fraudulent activity promptly. Additionally, I have already notified the Attorney General's office in Delaware and my own state's Attorney General regarding this issue. The two pending charges, each for $[redacted], occurred simultaneously at 1:38 am. I urgently request the immediate cessation of these payments.
