Hello, I have once again had to cancel my Mastercard due to unauthorized Uber charges appearing on my account. Despite not personally using Uber for a long time and only having ordered Uber Eats three months ago, I continue to see these charges. While my son initially had my card information in his Uber account, he no longer does and uses his own Bank of America account for Uber services. The fact that my new card keeps getting charged indicates someone still has my information. I reported these transactions as fraudulent to Capital One, with whom I have a longstanding good credit history since [redacted]. My recent Union Plus credit card, ending in [redacted], has been canceled, and I am awaiting a replacement. I find it frustrating that I cannot speak to a customer representative directly. The listed charges are the ones I have flagged as fraudulent, and I am seeking your help in permanently removing my card from your system and investigating and removing these erroneous charges from my account. I am Susan Zoppi, who was driven by an Uber driver from [redacted] Clarkson Ave, Brooklyn, NY to [redacted] West 29th Street, Manhattan on Sunday, August 29, [redacted]. The driver had difficulty finding the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, causing us to drive around until 9:30 pm. Despite my 10 pm curfew, we made it on time. Unfortunately, I dropped my wallet in the car while taking out a tip. My New York Driver's License is in the wallet with my address. Please assist me in getting it back from the driver. Hello, I have previously reached out regarding an issue with my recent ride on the app. On 8/28/21, I shared a ride with others. Towards the end of the trip, I requested a slight change in drop-off location which the driver refused. Instead, the driver left us at a random spot far from our original destination without explanation. When we inquired about this, the driver was uncooperative, rude, and even used offensive language towards one of the passengers. To my surprise, I was charged a $[redacted] cleaning fee the following day despite us not having any food or drinks in the vehicle. This experience has been very upsetting for me. Hello, I've only used Uber a few times before, and someone had always set it up for me in the past. However, when I tried it myself yesterday, it was a disaster. I was uncertain if the ride was confirmed, as the estimated arrival time kept changing from 3 minutes to 27 minutes. I was on my way from Olympic and Robertson to Santa Monica for a doctor's appointment. I have noticed the following charges on my account, some of which are pending: - $17.38 (ride to the doctor's office) - $29.74 (ride back home) - $34 (possible cancellation fee) - $50.85 (unknown charge) If it's possible to remove or reduce the last two charges, I would greatly appreciate it. I live in Sodepur, Kolkata. Yesterday, I booked an Uber from Command Hospital to Sodepur. The total amount shown on my mobile was around [redacted], but upon reaching my destination, the driver asked for an additional [redacted], making it a total of [redacted]. I am questioning why I had to pay extra for cancelling my previous Uber ride. When booking, the fare displayed was approximately [redacted], and the driver mentioned additional charges for coming from Dunlop, picking me up from Titagarh, and dropping me off at Command Hospital. I cancelled the previous ride due to these extra charges, and Uber charged me an additional [redacted] rupees for the cancellation. It's frustrating, isn't it?

Hello, I'm Tony Jones-Clark. I was working for Ubereats tonight when I encountered some issues. While completing a delivery, I had difficulties communicating with a customer service representative due to my wet phone from the hurricane outside. The customer also couldn't hear me, leading me to cancel the order with my low battery. I had to cancel another order at Panda Delight as they were closed. As a result, my account got temporarily disabled. I'm frustrated by Uber's treatment considering the challenging conditions I faced. I reserved a ride this morning from Metropark Train Station to Watchung, NJ. Unfortunately, my train from Washington got cancelled around 1:00 p.m. Upon trying to cancel my UBER reservation, I couldn't find it listed, and I was charged a $12.00 cancellation fee. I tried to cancel the trip several hours ago, so I feel unfairly charged. I am currently disputing the fee.

I had a disappointing experience with UBER. After requesting a ride through the app, the driver was prompt and professional. However, there was a communication issue where the dispatcher couldn't locate my request, leading to a delay. The situation escalated when the dispatcher repeatedly questioned the driver's language skills. After waiting for about 15 minutes with no solution in sight, I had to find an alternative mode of transportation due to an emergency at home. Although I tipped the driver for their professionalism, I am hesitant to use UBER again after this incident. Recently, some unauthorized transactions appeared on my account involving three separate Uber rides, even though neither I nor my partner have Uber accounts. Surprisingly, these transactions were processed without requiring the three-digit security code. While three out of the four transactions have been refunded, the last one is still pending. We live in Ohio, and the rides took place in Las Vegas. I appreciate my bank's efforts in corresponding with you to rectify these errors, but it's concerning that transactions were processed without the necessary security verification. I am currently in an emergency situation as the police are at the scene waiting for the address of a possible terminated driver who is involved in a personal matter. This driver was reported to Uber due to safety concerns, and I need to provide the address to the police so they can detain him. The driver is located in Blair County and drives a grey sports utility vehicle. I need urgent assistance to ensure my safety and that of my children. Dear Sir, I would like to report an incident that occurred on August 30th, [redacted]. I had booked cab no. DL 1ZB [redacted] Hyundai Xent (Driver Ravi, Owner Sandeep Yadav) at 5:36 am from ISBT Kashmere Gate, Delhi to Possangipur, Janakpuri, New Delhi-[redacted]. The fare at the time of booking was Rs. I got off [redacted] meters before my final destination, there were no road diversions, traffic, or route changes from my end. The driver also turned off the AC without my request. I am confused as to why the fare increased when all conditions remained the same. The driver mentioned that this fare adjustment is done by Uber and happens to other passengers as well, implying there is nothing I can do. He suggested I take an autorickshaw if I disagree with the charges. The driver's behavior was unprofessional, and he even threatened me for taking photos of the cab information. This is my first time being charged for tolls, "time," and incorrect mileage without prior notice. If these fees are standard, they should be included in the initial quote to avoid any confusion. I find this misleading and potentially fraudulent. I will dispute these charges, inform the authorities, and close my Uber account if this matter is not resolved promptly. Furthermore, the trip details do not match mine. I was picked up at Fox Rental Car in Miami and dropped off at a location less than 15 miles away, not the 28.79 miles stated. I made a reservation with Uber at an Auto Lot in Garner, NC. Upon confirming my pickup time of 15 mins, my first driver, Christopher with license plate HJF1218, cancelled. Subsequently, Schuyler with car PBX6527, Christopher with plate HBD9497, and Jeffry with plate DKC3628 also cancelled. Another driver, Ahmad, called saying he was waiting, but after multiple cancellations, I chose to call a Taxi which arrived promptly. The situation of four cancellations is concerning and caused a delay. I would appreciate discussing this issue with Uber to understand the sequence of driver cancellations and why they occurred, as it led to me needing alternate transportation for my appointments.

On 09/07/[redacted], there was an unknown Uber charge that appeared on my debit card without my authorization. I received a text notification about this at 10:12 PM. I do not use Uber or similar services as I prefer to drive myself. I am requesting the immediate removal of this charge from my card. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action for fraud and theft. Tomorrow at 8:00 AM, I will be contacting the Kansas Attorney General's Office to report this unauthorized charge and inform them about the situation. Since September 8, I have noticed unauthorized charges on my Uber account. I was on vacation, so I didn't catch it sooner. These charges were not made by me, and there are no other unauthorized transactions. I would like a refund for all charges from the 8th until last night, except for the ride that cost around $9, which was legitimate. These funds are crucial for my rent, so I need them back as soon as possible. I am removing that card from my Uber account immediately.

I wish to dispute two unfair charges on my account. The first charge was for $11.58 on August 31, [redacted], where the driver did not provide the service as our belongings did not fit in the van, yet the charge was deducted. The second charge of $5.5 on the same day occurred when the driver cancelled the trip and still made us pay. This is unjust as we did not receive any service. I have been a loyal Uber customer since [redacted], and I expect better customer protection. I am disappointed and frustrated with these situations. I request a refund for both of these charges.
