I have reports of not wearing mask. I have been in a couple of calls with Uber support. I do wear a mask it is * inches by * inches with an elastic that holds it up. I do think riders are reporting me on that. The last Uber support person I spoke with suggested I try a different mask and instead of pulling it up when they get in the car, have it up anyways...**also several people have asked me questions and say they cannot hear me so I have pulled the mask down to speak... **or they sometimes let their nose peak to get air so I might too... I just think they are being a bit scared and a way for control.**I have amenities in the car *water, candies, kleenex, hand santizer WHICH some just take :-**, my car is tidy, clean and I call people or text to say I have arrived or wait or call if I cannot.**This is a mixed up time and everyone is dealing with their feelings and life, NOT always being true or honest as they are under their school or other job and belief pressures.**I would like an opportunity to try another mask or not choose the option of letting them see my face at the pick up... during the ride, I have my mask up or then have to take away a little so they can hear me.**I believe you have a pretty clear record of me. I was also just speaking to Catherine * I spoke with Estefan the other day* but when Catherine transferred me to another department to get clarity, my call got dropped.**I am currently waiting on hold to get through to support and start over... **thank you*Ritza Elizabeth***-**-****
