You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Good evening, *This afternoon @ *:** pm I got a call from an Uber driver saying he was the Uber driver and was here to pick me up I told him that I didn’t order and Uber and he hung up. Then later at *pm I get a receipt for a charge of * cancellation fee of $*.** which I didn’t do and another fee of $**.** for a ride in Leesburg which I also did not do I have not used my account last since ******* since I got my new phone I haven’t even opened the app so I would like my money back please I already took my card off of your site and I’ll be deleting my account after my refund.* Your customer, Cheyleen Griffin *Ps. Just now I got another email at **:** about a $**.** charge
