You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

On **** I scheduled a ride to work to pick me up at *:**am. I was quoted $**-**. After I was dropped off I saw that I was charged over $**! There was a note in the scheduling process that if the price changes I would be notified but I never was. I tried contacting their "customer service" but it is nearly non existent. When I finally did I was taken through a loop of canned messages that basically said there was nothing wrong.

GetHuman5055222 did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
