My Uber driver took the wrong route and when my husband and I told him, he admitted that his phone took him to the wrong place and he changed the route, getting us home from the airport *** hour- ** minutes later than he should have. Then he added surcharges to the original accepted charge! Instead of $** he charged $***, after adding on the tolls etc. it was HIS error
