I finished work at 12:30 am last night and booked an Uber to go home. The driver initially said he'd arrive in 8 minutes, but after 15 minutes, he texted me saying he wasn't coming, deeming it not worth his trip. I was frustrated waiting another 20 minutes for him to cancel. Then, the second driver I waited for took me home but missed my exit twice, prolonging my journey. I ended up reaching home close to 1:30 am, and I am very displeased with the whole experience.

I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the excessive use of fragrances by your drivers in their vehicles. The strong scents from multiple air fresheners are affecting my clothes and triggering my asthma. The overpowering smell makes it hard for me to breathe properly during the rides, leading me to resort to using my inhaler. Not only is it uncomfortable during the journey, but the lingering odor on my clothes and hair is also bothersome. I am not alone in this concern, as there are other customers with respiratory problems. It is crucial for the well-being of both passengers and drivers to reduce the use of such strong fragrances in the enclosed space of the vehicles. I urge you to address this issue promptly to ensure a safer and more comfortable experience for all passengers.

I would like to file a complaint regarding the disrespectful behavior of one of your drivers who picked me up at [redacted] Ruth Street North in St. Paul, Minnesota. My name is Cassandra. The driver, in a white minivan, appeared Somali. Upon his arrival, I did not see any Uber identification on his vehicle, so I began walking back towards my building. This seemed to upset him, and he yelled at me for not noticing him sooner. He claimed my short trip was not worth his time and did not follow the usual Uber protocol by confirming my name. As a vulnerable individual due to past experiences, I prioritize my safety and verification before entering any vehicle. I believe this driver should not represent your company, and there is a negative review detailing this incident.

On December 11, I received an email about a charge I need refunded due to a cancellation by the driver. I endured a 20-minute wait in the cold and rain for the driver, who was not at the specified pickup address but across the highway at a train station. Despite waiting patiently for the driver to correct his error, the trip was eventually canceled. I kindly request a refund of the $5 charge resulting from his inability to navigate to the correct pickup location. Thank you, B. Bergin

At 1:13 PM today, I requested an Uber ride. The estimated arrival time was 2 minutes. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, I was informed of a road accident. When I contacted the driver, he mentioned the road closure and suggested I cancel the trip. Despite seeing the car moving on my phone, the driver advised cancellation. Waiting for 30 minutes, the car never arrived. I later booked another Uber, which arrived within 2 minutes. I was surprised to receive an email stating a $5.50 cancellation fee for the first ride where the driver never reached my location. The driver mentioned a refund for the cancellation fee. However, since the driver never showed up, I question why any fee would be due. Kindly cancel the $5.50 charge promptly, as it seems unjust and incorrect. Thank you, Armando F.

Today, I booked a trip with one stop, which was confirmed at the end of my order. However, when the driver reached my second stop, she informed me that was my last destination. I had to exit the vehicle and was charged for a new trip. Subsequently, I had to wait for a new driver, resulting in an additional 40 minutes of waiting time, excluding travel time. This experience was frustrating, as it led me to pay more than necessary for my transportation.

On December 13th, I booked an Uber ride to go from UCSB Bus Loop in Goleta to catch my Amtrak bus to Union Station in Los Angeles. However, the Uber driver took me to the Goleta Amtrak Station, causing me to miss my bus and incur expenses for a new Amtrak trip and another Uber ride. I am requesting a refund for both Uber trips on 12/13/[redacted] totaling $43.22 and the $90 for the missed Amtrak trip due to the driver's error. I can provide additional documentation if needed. I am an Uber rider experiencing difficulty updating my credit card information on the app. Despite scanning my new card, I am unable to proceed as the system requests the 6 digits from my expired card. Selecting my new card prompts an error message or asks to verify my account with two other expired cards. I am stuck in a loop without a way to delete my account and create a new one with the same email and phone number. This issue is frustrating, and I am considering switching to Lyft. I would appreciate assistance in adding my card ending in [redacted] to my account.

I have a driver who is 20 minutes away and needs to complete another ride. I prefer UberX for a quicker solo ride but the driver is being rude and unwilling to cancel. I will have to pay $5 for the cancellation to request a driver who was just a block away. I am frustrated as I might miss my appointment because of this. If I don't get a refund for the cancellation and the ride, I am considering not using Uber anymore and will advise others to do the same.

I took an Uber cab a few days ago, and the charge was 76 rupees, which I paid in cash to the driver. Now, when I try to book another ride, it says there is a pending payment from the previous ride. I don't usually pay by card on Uber, but it's insisting I do so now. I really need to resolve this over the phone with them. Why do I have to keep paying again and again? It's frustrating that I can't find a customer care number for them.

I'm curious about the fluctuating prices on Uber. I rely on Uber as I do not own a car. Whenever I request a ride through the app on my phone, I am given a price estimate. For instance, yesterday I took a short trip near my home, and the app showed the cost as $8.77. However, upon checking my bank statement, I noticed $9.05 was charged. I am puzzled by these discrepancies. Can I depend on the accuracy of your service? I wonder whether this is an error caused by the driver or if it's an issue with Uber's pricing system.

I, J. McKee, reviewed my debit card statement today and noticed a charge of $28 for an Uber ride around 4:30, which I did not authorize. I believe someone has used my card without my knowledge. It couldn't have been me as I was heading home from a funeral with my mother during that time. I need to identify the individual responsible to file a police report.

I accidentally left my phone in an Uber ride without having another phone for the driver to reach me. Though I filled out the lost item form, I couldn't provide a contact number. The driver kindly returned my phone himself, and I wanted to inform Uber to cancel the lost item report. I attempted to find a way to do this in the HELP section, but was unable to locate the "Call Support" button as indicated in Google search results. This button seems to be missing from my app version. It has been challenging to contact Uber or the driver online, even after my phone was returned. I am frustrated with how difficult this process has been.

I'm trying to reach out to the passengers who rode in the same car as me last night. I misplaced my backpack and suspect I left it in the vehicle, but the driver couldn't locate it. A close friend is adamant that I had the backpack with me when I got into the car. Details of the ride: Zaid was the driver, using a Toyota Camry with license plate ZV47622. The trip was at 9:05 pm from Chicago to Oak Forest. My backpack contained important items like my wallet, keys, and work laptop. The laptop is company-monitored and protected, although it can't be tracked when it's turned off. We are willing to offer a cash reward for its safe return. The situation is causing me significant concern as there is sensitive work information on the laptop. Any assistance in locating the backpack would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am experiencing an issue with the Uber app regarding setting up family members. When I send my son an invitation, he receives a pop-up message on his iPhone instructing him to open the app to accept the invite, even though his app is already open. However, he does not see any prompt on his screen to accept or decline the invite, unlike with my daughter. This problem persists even when I try sending the invitation multiple times. When the banner message appears and asks him to open the app, he still does not receive a pop-up to accept or decline the invitation like with other family members.

I requested an Uber ride but had to cancel it promptly as the car was seven minutes away, and I couldn't wait. I tried to reach out to the driver with calls and texts with no response. I think I accidentally hit the cancel trip button as a cancellation fee appeared, but I declined it. Despite this, I received a notification stating the trip was completed, prompting me to consider adding a tip. I would like to avoid paying for this unused Uber ride.

Today, I have encountered an unexpected dilemma; my nephew needs to be picked up from my girlfriend's residence due to her car battery failing.
