Dear Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent Uber trip. The driver behaved unprofessionally and demanded additional payment for taking a longer route. Although my fare was calculated at [redacted] rupees, I only had [redacted] rupees on hand, which I gave to him with the instruction to add the remaining amount to my wallet. Unfortunately, he took the money and left without doing so. Losing 60 rupees is not the main issue here, but I believe drivers are the face of the company and should be more professional and efficient with routes. I have been a loyal Uber customer, but this experience has left me quite disappointed. I request that this matter is resolved, and the driver is made aware of the consequences of his actions. I look forward to your prompt response. Best regards,

Dear Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent Uber trip. The driver was unprofessional and insisted on an additional payment for taking a longer route. Although my fare was calculated at [redacted], I only had [redacted] and asked him to keep the change in my wallet. Unfortunately, he took the money and left abruptly. While the 60 rupees is not the main issue, I expect Uber drivers to be professional and efficient, especially since they represent the company during customer interactions. This experience has left me wanting a resolution and I want to ensure the driver is held accountable. I kindly request Uber to respond promptly to address this matter and to investigate the driver in question. Thank you.

I need assistance. I am attempting to work as an Uber driver, but despite spending hours on the phone with support, I cannot access my account. One support agent suggested I create a new email address! I want to avoid having duplicate accounts. Also, my background check was conducted months ago, but another support representative advised me to create a new account and authorize another background check! Is anyone else experiencing Uber's issue with these duplicate accounts? It seems like they may be allowing individuals to drive who wouldn't pass a background check under normal circumstances. I hope a genuine Uber driver can assist me soon. My patience is wearing thin. Thank you for any help.

I had a terrible experience with my Uber driver. I requested a ride to Walmart, but he never showed up or refunded me. When I tried again, the same driver picked up and was extremely rude, lying about his location. He made me feel uncomfortable and tried to force me into the car. I even had to threaten to call the police. He took off without refunding me for both rides, totaling $28.20. His name is Amanj, and his Uber number is Kia Rio 0L07X6. I want to file a complaint and get my money back from these transactions on my bank card.

I took a ride in Miami on 10/03/19. The original fare from the airport to my hotel was $46, but the driver had trouble with directions and the ride took much longer than expected. After the ride, I was charged $67.58 instead. I reached out the same day and you adjusted the price to the original amount. However, I am now seeing a charge of $67.58 on my credit card. I had a terrible experience during the ride and the unexpected charge is causing me stress. I would like a full refund of $67.58 back to my credit card. I hope to see no further charges for this ride, or I will have to contact my credit card company.

I had a disappointing experience on my recent Uber trip. The driver was on the phone throughout the ride, making me feel unsafe and the overall experience unfriendly. I paid $11 for the journey, which was only my third time using Uber, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied. I believe I am entitled to a reimbursement for this ride. The app seems confusing to navigate, and I worry about being wrongly charged. I strongly feel that the driver's constant phone use poses a safety risk and should warrant a refund for the trip.

Hello, my name is Emily. Approximately one and a half hours ago, I had an unpleasant experience with one of your Uber drivers in Pennsville, Delaware. The driver displayed reckless behavior by attempting to cause a collision multiple times and even tried to force me off the road. He followed me aggressively and seemingly tried to cause an accident. I am deeply disturbed by this encounter and feel compelled to report this dangerous behavior. Unfortunately, my attempt to capture the license plate in a photo was unsuccessful. The vehicle was a gray car that appeared to have three rows of seats. This incident has left me feeling unsafe and disappointed. I urge you to take appropriate action and ensure that such behavior is not tolerated within your company. Thank you.

Hello, My name is Demi Oscar, and I am located at [redacted] North Road in Poughkeepsie. I recently attempted to order food from an Indian restaurant called Chatpata Pak Indian Cuisine. The app indicated that it was within my location, but upon delivery, it turned out to be in Albany, which is an hour away and outside my delivery area. Despite contacting customer service to assist with cancellation, the order was rerouted to a random address in Albany where I have never placed an order before. Requesting a refund or partial credit of $36.97 due to this inconvenience. As a college student, this unexpected expense is significant, and I hope for a resolution. Thank you.

Today, on November 4th, I attempted to install their application on my phone in preparation for needing their service soon. Upon entering my details, I received a message stating my phone number was already associated with Uber. This is baffling to me as I have always had my own transportation for the past thirty years and never required their services. Unfortunately, a recent motorcycle accident has left me with numerous broken bones, making it impossible for me to drive. I am in urgent need of transportation. I am having trouble finding the log-in button labeled "Uber in-use" on their page. I am seeking assistance in contacting Uber. Any help in reaching them would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support. - Michael A.

This morning, I booked an Uber from Pebal City, Hyderabad at 09:28 to go to GMR Aerospace at RGIA Airport in Hyderabad. I took the ride and the app displayed Rs [redacted]. However, upon arriving at 10:30, the driver requested Rs [redacted], which I paid in cash. Instead of receiving a receipt for Rs [redacted], I was given a cancellation receipt. Later in the evening, when I tried to book an Uber at Delhi Airport at 21:15, I was notified that a Rs 47 extra charge was being applied due to a supposed morning trip cancellation. I kindly request a receipt for the Rs [redacted] payment made to the driver in the morning in Hyderabad and a refund of the Rs 47 charged for the alleged cancellation. Thank you for your prompt assistance. - WC Randhawa

Hello, I encountered a frustrating issue with Pay Pal that began in August of [redacted]. Initially, things were going well, as I nurtured a growing interest in becoming an entrepreneur. However, encountering difficulties with a credit purchase request led to a misunderstanding with Click Better. Despite resolving the payment issue, I found myself inexplicably blocked from using Click Better due to an unfounded accusation of scamming a customer. This unwarranted action escalated as Pay Pal proceeded to restrict my account access without providing adequate explanation or assistance. The entire ordeal lacked professionalism and transparency, leaving me feeling unfairly treated and disconnected from my financial contributions. Miscommunications and missteps compounded the situation, underscoring the need for clearer communication and fair resolution. Despite my absence due to a virus-related computer issue, the handling of my account funds diminishes my trust in both Click Better and Pay Pal. Moving forward, I hope for a fair and just resolution to restore access to my accounts and address the mishandling of funds.

I left my phone in my Uber driver's car last Wednesday, and it's already Saturday, but I still haven't been able to contact Uber. I've submitted two reports, but I never received the confirmation email they promised. I can't log into my Uber account because it requires a code sent to my phone, and I can't find a phone number to call Uber. I'm frustrated with how difficult it is to retrieve my phone and how challenging it is to get in touch with Uber. This experience makes me uncomfortable about using Uber if it's this complicated to reach them.

I previously contacted Uber about this issue without receiving a response. Upon creating my Uber account, I mistakenly left out the final letter of my email address. The correct email should be [redacted], but I entered [redacted] instead. This error has prevented me from receiving any emails from Uber, which means I can't reset my password as the process involves a verification code sent via email. I'd appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thanks, Hank Blakely

Today, I attempted to book an Uber from Thripunithura bus stand to Kakkanad. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes of trying, I received two messages stating there were no vehicles available. I ended up using an alternative mode of transportation. Subsequently, I received calls from two to three drivers that caused my phone to freeze due to the app. In order to unfreeze it, I agreed to cancel the ride and may incur partial cancellation charges. This behavior is unacceptable and I feel it may require legal action. I have faced similar issues in the past and am considering sharing my experiences with the media to shed light on Uber's mistreatment of customers.

I was picked up from [redacted] Glenwood Ave at 1:00 am and dropped off at [redacted] Walton St around 1:15 am. Unfortunately, I left my phone in the Uber car. My name is R. D. and my phone number is [redacted]. Since my phone was left in the car, I am unable to answer any calls. I tracked my phone about 20-25 minutes after being dropped off and observed it traveling on Capital Blvd in Raleigh, NC before reaching its final location near [redacted]-[redacted] Ileagnes Rd in Raleigh, NC. I suspect the customer who was dropped off at or near [redacted]-[redacted] Ileagnes Rd may have my phone. Is there a way for me to investigate the last location or obtain the address of the drop-off point where my phone was tracked? Thank you.

I rely on Uber for my daily commute to Hyatt Regency Delhi where I work as a sales manager. Today, during my ride, I encountered a co-passenger who was rude and demanding. Despite having two large bags, she insisted I sit in the front seat. When I tried to explain, she engaged in unnecessary arguments. This behavior was unacceptable for a fellow rider. I believe passengers like her should face consequences for their actions. It is clear she should have chosen Uber Go instead of the share option to avoid inconveniencing others. I reported this incident on the Uber app in the morning, requesting a feedback call. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response from Uber. I urge Uber to take appropriate action against this passenger and prevent such behavior in the future. I am eager to discuss this further and provide more details to ensure prompt action is taken. Looking forward to hearing back from Uber.

Hello, I am reaching out from IEHP in Riverside County, CA. I encountered an issue with Uber about two months ago when I requested a return ride. Despite waiting for over 4 1/2 hours under the sun to avoid missing the pickup due to health reasons, Uber labeled me as a "No show" each time I contacted them. Recently, I received a letter stating that my insurance provider had to cover costs due to these incidents, which left me feeling upset and questioning the situation. As a 66-year-old veteran, I'm uncertain how to proceed. I would appreciate a refund from IEHP for the missed rides and a personal apology. If I don't receive a response or reimbursement, I will start leaving negative reviews for Uber weekly. My family is considering taking further action if necessary, though I wish to address this issue amicably. I hope for a resolution as I may still require Uber services in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, F. Monroe

I accidentally left my bag, which had my wallet and keys, in the Uber. When I tried to contact the driver, Uber informed me that I had already made too many calls and needed to wait an hour to try again. The issue is I never tried to call the driver at all. I stayed up all night trying to reach out but kept receiving the same message each hour. I contacted Uber support, providing details about my lost item and my contact information, but have not had any success. This situation has caused me a lot of stress and disappointment.
