You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Please Provide Address.: Holy name cathedral on state street**Upfront Price Amount Shown: **.****Any Other Relevant Details?: My driver never picked me up on time. When he picked me up, * young adults got out of the car. When I asked driver what took you so long, he said he by mistake picked up * people on my ticket and thought they were me. He drove around with them and then realized they were in the wrong car and the wrong customer. He then on the same clock, corrected his mistake, dropped them off by my home, picked me up and drove me (the correct person) to church. My fare is based on this driver picking up other people on my account and also then me straight to church. He did not pick me up until *:** and my account states he picked me up at *:** because he had the wrong person in his car. I am being charged $**.** when it should be **.** He also spoke bad English so I never knew what really happened with the other people that he thought was.*This happened Saturday night. I complained to uber several times and they did not respond. *Please call me at **********
