You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-greeneyy's own words
well first of all I was suppose to get a ride from uber,said my driver will be there in ** mins,when he was suppose to be there within the next * mins his car just went off the screen and now it was saying a completely different driver was coming that was ** mins away so,I called the new uber driver and asked if he's picking me up he said know after I told him the address, so I wait like ** mins and call him back I asked him was he sure he's not coming to pick me up because it still said he was coming, he said let him check ok then he said ok but then couldn't even find the house took about ** mins for that before he finally found me...but it was very unprofessional that the first driver had me wait then didn't even cancel or nothing I had to wait ** more minutes for a new driver, I also have proof that I had a different driver from the one that picked me up I screen shot his name and license plate number from on uber
