On 9/10/[redacted], I misplaced my keys at LA Fitness on Rt441 in Boca Raton, FL [redacted]. When attempting to use my Uber app, I discovered my credit cards weren't working. The manager at LA Fitness, Alex Ditriago, kindly arranged a ride for me using his debit card. The driver, Luiz with the vehicle GARF12, picked me up. I explained the situation to Luiz and mentioned that I wasn't Alex Ditriago and needed a ride back to the gym to retrieve my belongings, including an extra set of keys and credit cards from my residence. Although Luiz initially agreed, he left when I went inside my house. The following day, I found out from Alex that a charge of $[redacted].44 was billed to him for stains in Luiz's vehicle, which wasn't true as the car was clean. Luiz didn't inform me about any issues before departing. This situation seems suspicious and I believe it's a fraudulent charge on Alex Ditriano's debit card. I booked a ride from GTB Nagar to Shankar Nagar within Delhi, expecting to pay Rs. [redacted] as shown during booking. However, after the ride, the total showed Rs. [redacted], with an additional Rs. [redacted] charged for tolls we did not pass through. My account history was clear before this, and now I am required to pay the excess amount to the driver. This discrepancy is frustrating and not the first time - previously a Rs. [redacted] fare would end up costing Rs. [redacted], with no traffic. This time, the extra charge even exceeded the ride cost. I demand a refund of Rs. [redacted] as soon as possible.

Today, Saturday, October 12, [redacted], around 10:45 a.m., we requested an UBER. The driver, Hanumanthraya, driving a Maruti Suzuki with the last 4 digits of the vehicle as [redacted], claimed to be just 2 minutes away from our residence's gate on Vittal Mallya Road. Despite waiting for 5 minutes, he did not show up. Upon contacting him again, he mentioned he would arrive in 2 minutes and noted he was near the Shell Petrol Bunk on Vittal Mallya Road. We were waiting at the gate, but he approached from Lavelle Road. Confused by his actions, we gestured for him to come to our location, yet he drove away. As a result, we had to cancel the ride. My concern is why Uber employs such drivers. Deceptive behavior and lies from drivers tarnish the company's reputation. Such incidents reflect poorly on Uber as a whole.

This morning, during my ride, I input the correct location on the app, which I can prove. However, the driver stopped on the highway, insisting my location was incorrect and demanded extra money to continue. Despite showing him the app location, he asked for more money. When we refused, he threatened to withhold my luggage. We reluctantly paid him [redacted]/- just to retrieve our belongings, even though it was unjustified. After receiving the money, he rudely pushed us and threw our luggage on the road. I urge Uber to take immediate action to prevent such incidents from happening to others. On October 10, [redacted], I lost my car keys at LA Fitness on RT [redacted] in Boca Raton, FL. I faced issues with my credit card information on Uber and the on-site Manager, Alex Ditriago, kindly offered to book me a ride using his Uber account. While the original fare was around $7 for a 2-mile journey, things took a bad turn. The driver, Luiz (GARF12), abruptly left me stranded when I went home to get my car keys and another credit card. The next day, I found out that false charges totaling $[redacted].44 were billed to Alex Ditriago's debit card due to alleged stains and sand in the car. The car was clean during both journeys, and Luiz's behavior was unprofessional. I believe Uber should reimburse Alex Ditriago and take appropriate action against the driver. During our recent trip to Myrtle Beach, my wife and I, first-time Uber users, paid for three rides in cash, including tips for the drivers. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue through the bank and the Uber app, we have not spoken to anyone from Uber directly. We were unaware that Myrtle Beach is a cashless area, as mentioned in Uber's recent message. While Uber refunded one of the charges, they denied the refunds for the other two trips, claiming it occurred multiple times. I find this frustrating as I clearly paid for each trip individually. Additionally, I believe the excessive tips given to the drivers were unwarranted. I am disappointed by Uber's lack of response and hope to receive refunds for the remaining two trips where I already paid both the fare and tip.

On October 10th, in the morning, I made 6 ride requests. Unfortunately, the first 5 attempts failed, prompting me to retry each time. On the sixth try, a driver was assigned but later canceled after a phone call where he declined my destination. Despite the unsuccessful rides, I noticed 6 pending charges on my bank statement, totaling $39.04. I have not been refunded for these charges and upon checking my account, the charges no longer appear, but the money has not been returned either. I have a screenshot of the charges to verify, and I seek a refund for the $39.04 overcharged for rides that did not materialize due to driver unavailability. Despite not getting an Uber ride that morning and opting for a colleague's help, I am still out of pocket for these charges. Your help in resolving this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

On 10/16/19, at approximately 8:30am, I scheduled an Uber ride from Greyhound bus station in Dallas, TX. Unfortunately, the initial Uber driver did not arrive, despite claiming to be nearby. After multiple failed attempts to contact him, he canceled my ride, resulting in a $5 charge. When I tried to request a new ride, the fares had unexpectedly doubled. I suspect the driver may have had ulterior motives to seek higher-priced trips. I firmly believe that I deserve a refund for the inconvenience caused by the driver's actions.

I attempted to set up an UBER account on my mobile device, but it seems like I got connected to a driver account in Saudi Arabia by mistake. I've reached out to UBER via text and email, but their response has been unhelpful. I am looking to completely remove my account and information, even though I was hoping to use it for an upcoming business trip next week. It appears UBER takes 30 days to delete everything. I wish to speak with their support team directly, but I can't locate a phone number.

I booked an Uber Taxi to go to Mata Amrinanda Hospital in Edappally. While waiting, another Uber pulled up next to me saying my call was redirected to him. Believing him, I got in and started the journey. After 5 minutes, the original Uber driver called me asking where I was. I stopped the car and explained the situation. They spoke, and I overheard on speakerphone, and the original driver allowed the trip to continue as it was a pool trip. Unaware of the deception, I paid the normal charges. I didn't note the car number as there was no dispute. I took about an hour to get back from the hospital using Uber. Kindly refund the cancellation charge.

On 10/12/19 at 4:08 pm, our driver dropped us off at the wrong location despite us providing the address [redacted] Paseo de Oro in San Diego. After walking around for 45 minutes, we finally found the correct place. When we tried to get a ride back to our hotel that night, the drivers couldn't locate us. Despite other guests at the event getting rides, our calls resulted in cancellations. We were eventually rescued by some wedding guests who kindly took us back in their mini-van. I am also concerned about the payment method - my credit card was charged even though I had a gift card loaded in my account. It's puzzling why the gift card was not used first.

Dear Uber Customer Service, I took an Uber on 18.10.[redacted] at 3:21 pm from Loudon Street to Action Area IID, New Town Rajarhat, Ujjawala, MIG Complex near City Centre-II. I paid Rs. [redacted].00 in cash to the driver. The next day, I tried to book a ride to my office through the Uber app and received an unexpected message asking me to pay an outstanding balance. Since then, I have been unable to book Uber rides. Despite reaching out through the Uber App Help Menu and following the instructions provided, the issue remains unresolved. I am Anuhya. I recently booked a cab on 8/10/19 in Vijayawada from Sri Nilaya Residency to Patamatalanka and paid via bank account. After completing my ride, I missed the notification to make the payment. Subsequently, when I tried to book another cab today, I was prompted to settle the previous ride's fare of 49 rupees. My initial attempts to pay failed. So, I switched the payment option to cash for the next ride, which also cost 49 rupees. In the end, I paid 98 rupees to the driver.

I have been dealing with this issue for around a month now. It is urgent and needs immediate attention. I am unable to access my Uber account and may have mistakenly input different bank account details and a phone number. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this through contacting Uber, the issue persists. I cannot use the Uber app to request rides, or consider driving or delivering for Uber Eats. The lack of response from Uber even after sending emails and texts is causing me a lot of frustration. I expected better customer service from Uber in these situations, but I keep getting the runaround. This high-priority problem needs to be fixed promptly.

This morning, one of your drivers attempted to cause an accident which could have resulted in serious injury to us, to him, and to any rider he had aboard. We were exiting [redacted] east at exit 58 around 9:30 am, where the driver behaved recklessly. He sped up alongside us, swerved towards us in the exit lane, and abruptly stopped on the ramp, risking a collision. Thanks to our car's brakes, we avoided hitting him. The dangerous driving almost caused a chain reaction accident behind us. The vehicle had a visible white Uber sticker on the rear quarter panel of a black van/SUV. Such actions are unacceptable, and this incident has led me to reconsider using Uber in the future. I hope you take this matter seriously and address the behavior of your drivers.

I had a ride booked yesterday evening on the 20th of October, but the cab driver, Shiv Kant, whom I had accepted the ride, did not show up at the pick-up point. I waited for more than 20 minutes, attempting to contact him multiple times, but he did not respond to any of my calls even though the app showed he was only 6 minutes away. Eventually, I had to take an auto as it was getting late. To my surprise, I noticed that the trip amount was deducted from my wallet at 12:15 am that night without any communication from either the driver or Uber. I promptly emailed Uber India about the issue, seeking a refund and requesting strict action against the driver for his unethical behavior. However, I have yet to receive any response from them, which is quite disappointing. I urge them to take prompt action and provide the necessary refund as soon as possible to restore my trust in Uber's services. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Hello, I am the owner of a construction company that utilizes large vehicles. Unfortunately, we are facing challenges due to illegally parked vehicles, particularly those with Uber stickers, obstructing our route to the highway through Leet Street. Over the past year, the situation has escalated significantly, impacting our daily operations. These vehicles, waiting to pick up passengers from the Oakland airport, are littering the street with trash, creating an unsightly environment for our customers and costing the city a substantial amount in cleanup. Despite efforts by Oakland parking enforcement, the problem persists due to the high number of Uber drivers. I have collected photographic evidence of the issue and am willing to gather more to demonstrate the severity of the problem. I am requesting someone to please contact me at [redacted]. My company uses Uber frequently for Business purposes. However, upon reviewing our expenses, we noticed three charges that do not belong to us. Despite my efforts to reach out to Uber's customer service multiple times, we could not resolve the issue. Vcorp should not be responsible for payments on services we did not use, especially considering two of the charges were incurred on a Saturday when we are closed. The charges in question that we would like to dispute are as follows: - Uber Trip ($18.74 on 7/27) - Uber Trip ($20.08 on 7/27) - Uber Eats ($22.99 on 7/12) I urge prompt contact as we need to address this matter swiftly for our expense submission. I took a taxi on 9/08/19 from Darya Ganj to Naraina. The estimated fare was [redacted] rupees, but upon arrival, the driver asked for [redacted] rupees. I paid [redacted] rupees to avoid a confrontation. I then traveled to the USA for a month and a half and did not use taxi services. Upon returning, when I tried to book another taxi, I was informed the fare was 50 rupees higher. I realized the discrepancy and believe I should have been refunded 50 rupees instead. I could not raise this issue within 30 days as I was abroad. Kindly review the fare from Darya Ganj to Naraina. I request the extra amount be waived and would appreciate if the driver could return the additional 50 rupees. It seems like the driver might have taken a longer route. Thank you.

I was supposed to get a ride from Uber. The driver was supposed to arrive in 20 mins, but his car disappeared from the screen, and a new driver, 30 mins away, was assigned. After calling the new driver, he initially said he wasn't picking me up even though the app showed otherwise. Eventually, he located my house after some delays. The situation was unprofessional as the first driver did not cancel, causing me to wait an additional 30 minutes for a new driver. I have evidence of the driver switch as I have screenshots of the new driver's name and license plate number from the Uber app.
