You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-johnhopk's own words
First time users on recent trip to myrtle beach. Used three times, each paid for in cash with tip for driver. My wife tried resolving this issue through bank and the uber app. Has never spoken with anyone from uber. Most recent message from uber states that myrtle beach is a cashless area, which we did not know. They also refunded the smallest charge of the three but denied the other two stating that it happened more than once!!!! Duh, if I had used it five times it would have happened five times! Not only am I annoyed with the lack of response from uber, but I would like to place some of the blame on those uber drivers. A $** tip for a $** fare? I would like to receive a refund for the other two trips that I paid the fare plus tip to their drivers.

GetHuman-johnhopk did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
