I have been using these scooters for a few weeks now, and the recent experience has been disappointing. I was charged an extra $50 for a parking fee, which I find unjustified. Despite trying to park in my usual spot, the scooter wouldn't allow me to park there. I searched in three different locations where other scooters were parked, but the scooter still wouldn't let me park. I even circled the block, only to find that I would have to walk a far distance from my intended location, even though there were available scooter spots nearby.

Hello, I recently signed up for Uber and had my first ride experience yesterday with a bit of assistance. Regrettably, during the initial ride request, my phone lost connectivity, leading to a $6 cancellation fee despite not canceling the ride. The subsequent ride went smoothly, but having this fee waived would greatly improve my first impression of Uber. Thank you, Phil B.

I made a booking for a ride today, on October 4th, [redacted], from Howrah Danesh Sheikh Lane to Howrah Railway Station. A Swift Dezire with Cab Number WB04G3098 and driven by Shahid was assigned to me. I immediately contacted the driver once the cab was booked and provided navigation assistance. Unfortunately, the driver was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Despite me walking outside to meet him and guiding him through the map, he never arrived at the specified location. When I called him to return, he dismissively mentioned that I could complain but nothing would happen. To make matters worse, he also charged my account.

I arranged for a cab today at 01:20 am. The driver, with vehicle number TN05BS7143, accepted the trip. When I called to inquire if he was en route to pick me up, he declined. I requested him to cancel the ride if he couldn't make it, but he shut off his phone without canceling. After waiting for two hours and no show or cancellation, I had to use an Ola cab to reach my destination. It's frustrating that if a driver accepts a ride, they should follow through or cancel if unable to come.

My driver took over an hour and a half to get me to my destination, which is normally just a 25-minute drive from the airport. I had to resort to using my Waze app on my phone to guide us to the hotel. Even though I paid nearly $40 through the app, I don't think it was fair for me to have to navigate. I'm hoping not to be charged for this ride. This has been my first negative experience with Uber, despite being a frequent visitor to Atlanta. This delay was frustrating, and I arrived at my hotel much later than expected, at 1:30.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with a ride I booked with Mr. Mehboob on 6/10/[redacted]. Despite being initially quoted Rs.35, I was charged Rs.61.22 upon reaching my destination, including a Rs.20 cancellation fee. Interestingly, on 1/10/[redacted] at 11:06, I tried to book a ride. Surprisingly, not only did I receive the ride on time, but the driver also called me half an hour later asking if I still needed the ride. Curiously, upon checking the ride's details, I noticed the bill was Rs.0.00. Consequently, I was charged Rs.61. It appears that merely checking ride details incurs charges. I kindly request a refund for the excess payment. Could you please address this promptly?

I scheduled an Uber ride, but the driver picked me up from a different location. The expected fare was between [redacted] -[redacted], and there was no traffic, so we reached our destination very quickly without any delays. Even though we didn't make the driver wait and the trip was smooth, the driver charged me [redacted]/-. I feel that this overcharge is unreasonable, and I have used Uber regularly in this city. I am requesting a refund; otherwise, I will consider taking legal action.

I recently joined Uber and encountered an issue with a driver being too far away, leading to a cancellation request. After this, I booked another ride and as I thought the driver was on the way, I was surprised to receive a cancellation message, which I later realized was for the first Uber. Despite not taking any trips, I was charged $18 on my debit card. I request a refund for this charge as it was a result of my confusion. Thank you.

I'm a bartender at Tex Mex Connection in North Wales, PA. While at work yesterday at 4 p.m., I later discovered two charges for canceled Uber rides: one at 5:47 and one at 5:56. I usually keep my phone in my back pocket, and upon checking it, I noticed the Uber app was open. I accidentally confirmed both trips without realizing it. I kindly request the removal of these charges and apologize for the oversight. Please reach out to me at [redacted] or via email. Thank you for your attention. - Brent Moser

Hello, I regret to inform you that I lost my iPhone 7+ yesterday in a cab. I have been trying to reach out to your team through WhatsApp, messaging the driver, and contacting customer service, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. The phone contains important information and crucial phone numbers. The driver's name is Gurpreet, and it was a Desire [redacted]. The ride took place yesterday afternoon between 2:10-2:46 PM from Paschim Vihar to Model Town. As a designer, I depend on my phone for communication with clients and others. I am still awaiting any form of response. You can reach me on my alternate number [redacted].

I am Shazneen Munshi, and I used Uber for rides in Los Angeles and San Francisco in July. The payment for these rides was made using my Mastercard and Post Office Travel Money Card. I am requesting a statement from Uber that shows these transactions between June 29th and July 15th in the mentioned cities. I have been attempting to obtain this information for some time without success, so any assistance from Uber would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Shazneen.

On Friday afternoon around 3:30 in Hopatcong, NJ, my father took an Uber to Montclair, NJ. Unfortunately, he left his cellphone in the back seat. After realizing his mistake 15 minutes later, he contacted me for help. Despite attempts to reach the driver, communication was difficult. The driver finally responded on Sunday morning admitting to having the phone but claimed he only spoke Spanish. Subsequent voicemails, emails, and calls to Uber yielded no results. When I reached out to him again today, he initially spoke English but switched to Spanish when I mentioned the address, denying any knowledge. I am still unable to retrieve the phone. I seek assistance in either getting the phone back or receiving compensation from Uber to replace it. This situation is concerning, and I am considering involving the authorities and sharing my experience on social media to address this matter promptly.

I made a ride reservation for my parents on 7/10/[redacted] from Bata Baghbazar to Silpara. The estimated fare showed ‌‌[redacted]-[redacted]/-, but they were charged [redacted].60/- when they arrived. They encountered no unusual traffic and were surprised by the steep increase. Additionally, the car's air conditioning was not functioning, as the driver claimed the gas had run out. Despite this, we were still charged more than double the estimated fare for a ride without air conditioning. I attempted to contact customer service but have been unable to reach them. The experience left me feeling disappointed.

Yesterday was my first time using Uber. I had booked a trip a week in advance and waited outside for my ride. Unfortunately, the Uber driver didn't show up, and I received a message stating they were on the way. I was given the driver's name and license plate information, but then I found out the ride was canceled without a reason and I was charged a cancellation fee. Although they refunded the fee, I'm frustrated that I can't get an explanation for what went wrong. I really want to speak to someone at Uber about this situation.

I recently noticed multiple Uber charges totaling over $[redacted] on my account. I have attempted to contact Uber, but have been unsuccessful in reaching the appropriate department for issue resolution. I've only utilized Uber services once, more than 7 years ago, and my account has been closed for years. It appears that my information has become linked to someone else's active account. I am on a fixed income and cannot bear the cost of someone else's trips. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you, Nelda Email: [redacted]

I was charged a $5.25 fee today that is unnecessary. I called Uber earlier to schedule a ride for 30 minutes later, but the driver arrived in 4 minutes. I declined the ride, then another driver came in 2 minutes. I finally got a ride at the requested time. There is no reason for the $5.25 charge since I only informed Uber of my departure time. I need a refund promptly. Despite the confusion, I did use Uber's service to reach my destination. Please process my refund and cancel my credit card linked to Uber. In the future, I will pay for Uber rides in cash. Kindly cancel my credit card immediately. Thank you.

During my recent month-long trip to Europe, I encountered several issues with the Uber app and driver services. One problem was the lack of customer support in the country I was in, leaving me unable to reach out for help due to my unfamiliarity with the app. The app also experienced glitches and frequently froze, particularly when offline. I have some concerns about billing discrepancies and credits not being applied to my recent trips. I noticed charges on my credit card statement labeled as "Uber trip help" along with other Uber Trip charges that are unclear. It seems that some drivers may not be following proper procedures, such as not identifying themselves or misunderstanding pick-up locations like at airports, leading to cancellation fees being charged. Additionally, I faced difficulties changing drop-off locations in Rome and struggled with communication issues during rides. I wanted to bring these incidents to your attention and seek clarification on the charges and credit application processes. I hope to address these issues for smoother experiences in the future. Thank you for your assistance. - Anita

I chose Uber Pool at LaGuardia Airport and traveled to my destination at about 9:30. The app indicated the driver would arrive in 8 minutes. However, the timer did not count down in real-time. It even jumped back to 8 minutes at one point. After waiting for half an hour, I contacted the driver, possibly named Onesh, only to discover they were in the wrong terminal. Suddenly, my trip was canceled. I then had to request a regular Uber, which arrived in 8 minutes, but the fare increased from around $20 to over $40. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes in the airport lot. I am extremely upset and not only seek a full refund but also a credit. My time is valuable, and I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Additionally, Uber unjustly charged me a $13.27 cancellation fee, even though I did not cancel the trip.
