You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I already have a message to you that i had a promo thst said ,* free $** ride and I sent you a picture of a promo code. It did however accept it. But i ended up being charged it only took $* off so I did erase the account because I referred someone to you and tell them to use a promo code first because it would be the only time they would be able to use it then he use them and when I looked I was charged for them so I sent you a picture of the promo code on exactly what it said and the money was taken off. and the money never got returned.my accounts clearly says it's still on there I also sent a picture of the promo code and I'm not sure if I sent the picture of the trips it literally would have been the only two are there and so you had all the information at that time the account ever seen I assumed you would resolve it I do not want someone to have my information if it was not getting a discountI can it's just that I logged out of his account are you lacking tomorrow because since it had already charged me I didn't want any more extra charges added or take it off the two charges I sent everything to the support who's not on my account like I said it was my friends but I didn't think they were going to be charged because the promo code that ssid ** off first Uber ride then I was just going to wait do he could get a card on there and I end up being charged both once it's only a $* discount and I sent the email while the account was still up I assumed it would have been taken care of I would have never switched back to my account even though I needed it. , Besides it made me nervous. and he has said he has not gotten any emails either play I got charged $* and I think maybe like ** I'm not sure but it never was returned.I could have gotten a promotion for like $** in the free first ride or $* off of each ride or something better
