My driver's phone number went dead, without phone the driver could not close the tripp, therefore, the tripp ended up being closed after he (the driver) apparently got home and had charged his phone (please note route map, a straight line shows up over the streets and avenues, which would've been impossible unless he traveled on a helicopter or so).**There is a "balance due" in my account, which includes a difference between what I ALREADY PAID (DOP$***.** that the driver asked me to pay him) and the amount generated while the driver charged his phone and turned it on. After doing this he (the driver) didn't even registered what I had already paid!!! it costed me about *-* emails to have that amount recognized, but the remaining still shows up!!!!!**I have sent SEVERAL messages and have not receve a single meaningful or coherent response. The algorythims setup for your A.I. customer service enviroment is the WORST in the planet.**I NEED TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING*PLEASE ESCALATE*PLEASE TRANSFER TO A PERSON*REQUESTING TO SPEAK WITH A PERSON**(All these messages are placed repeatedly trying to trigger a human interaction command, altought you guys apparently either didn't configure that or you have the worst customer service agents possible.**I wisl you could review this case and solve it. Have being a customer for a couple of years now.. I've had to use others to request the service for me, I use it regularely.
I've sent about ** messages with all kinds of "triggers" for escalation or human involvement but the issue is still unresolved. Keep receiving automatic responses with a "resolution" message when NOTHING at all has changed.
