I cancelled my ride *-* minutes prior to the Uber arriving. The cancellation said it's going to charge me $*.** for cancellation. I hit ok. A minute later I double checked because I didn't want to be charged and checked the cancellation and hit it again. It then said $*.**. Even more this time. Then I look at my bank statement and it says I was charged a cancellation fee and the cost if the ride that I never received. I would like for my money to be refunded back to my card and not to rewards cash. I am unable to speak to a representative because the app does not give the option. I use Uber alot.
