GetHuman-mbwpubli's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-mbwpubli will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-mbwpubli can let us know if they help or not.

Email address, Phone number, and Full name
Top Tip from another customer
If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.
The issue in GetHuman-mbwpubli's own words
This month, I have had several Uber rides in a different state (CA) charged to my credit card. I have proof that I was not in California and that I did not make these charges. I am blown away that Uber does not have any type of customer service option. No phone, no email. Nada. I have no way to ask for assistance, to document my concern, to help coordinate with my bank or police report data, or to help to ensure whomever has hacked into my account doesn't do the same things to others. Super disappointing. If there is no phone, no email, no accountability, how can any rider know that his or her account information is being safe-guarded in any way? I will be filing a complaint with the FTC about this. There is no reason why a profitable company in **** cannot provide adequate customer support. How low is the bar? Just an email. Nevermind a phone number and actual representatives. Customers who grant a business their personal information in order to use said service, should have some reassurance of accountability and reliability. As of now, for all I know, Uber is charging fraudulent trips intentionally and paying themselves, hoping that frequent users*travels, will be too busy to double check such things... and even when*if they do, there's nobody to contact. An Uber email would help me feel as though Uber were a legitimate company that cares about its family of users. A customer service email option seems like the least any company can do to ensure even the very minimum of safety standards to its customers. I have to say, the next question "how would Uber email you?" is beautifully ironic. I'll give Uber my email when Uber gives me an email along with my personal and financial information which I was naive enough to share.
GetHuman-mbwpubli did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
