I ride with Uber at least * times a week. And have been with Uber for years. It has only been a few times I had an issue but today was ridiculous. The driver stated the app wasnt working even though he was using an iPad in his car and not the phone. It took him **mins over the time for initial pick up. Came with some excuse about his last drop off. Then it got worst! He tried to again pick up another fair which lead us on a high way ** more mins out to only have again a problem with the other person canceling the trip. Thinking I was almost home, he tells me at first I'm going to drop you close to my exit. He picks up another rider at chick fila..**mins opposite the direction I was going. We get there and cant find the person. So this girl initial came out when we first got there and pointed at the vehicle. How is it then she dissapeared and he still is waiting for this other pick up. We road around the parking look several times before I got concerned and said something.. I'm now a hour trip that takes **mins. He then parks at and gets out and goes in to the store. Now I'm really confused. **mins later the same girl and some other person gets in the car. On top of me just not trying to have conflict. The other riders thought it was funny and joke about it. He then asked me to be the GPS.. to my home which I gladly did due to me just wanting to get out of the unfortunate situation *hour and **mins later. I WANT A REFUND!!!!
